Nästan no show

Vi väntade väldigt länge och medan vår chaufför var en vänlig, snäll och trevlig man som körde bra, blev vår upphämtning försenad en oförlåtlig tid (nästan 1 timme). Vi fick ringa 3 gånger innan han kom.

Dålig kommunikation och aldrig visade

Fruktansvärd. . Jag bokade för transit från hotell till flygplats det var för 9 am. Sent på kvällen innan jag får ett sms ändrade de ensidigt tiden till senare. Som instruerat kontaktade jag operatören via sms och efter flera timmars verifiering av tid, mitt i natten. Jag var garanterad 9 på morgonen självfallet efter att ha väntat i över 30 minuter med text som anger bara 10 minuter i 30 minuter, vi var tvungna att snabbt ringa en taxi och betala 3 gånger beloppet. Om jag fick råd direkt kunde de inte göra det, det fanns andra billigare alternativ som jag kunde ha reserverat

Fick vänta på att personen skulle komma för att hämta efter att ha kommunicerat att vi hade nått och avslutat med bagageutlämning. Föraren anlände äntligen och körningen gick smidigt med körning och berättade för oss de viktiga platserna vi passerade på vägen till hotellet

Mitt flyg var försenat och detta plusbygge på flygplatsen orsakade mycket förvirring för min upphämtning. Se till att de ger dig förarens telefonnummer så att du kan kontakta dem direkt för att få upphämtningsstället. Som sagt, de tog emot förseningen och hämtade mig. Mycket tillmötesgående förare. Skulle använda igen.

Övergripande tjänsten var bra. Jag gav ett betyg på 3 stjärnor eftersom vi hade en liten hicka med att hitta vår tredjepartsleverantör/förare på flygplatsen vid ankomst. Det finns många andra företag där med massor av namn i sin styrelse. Det skulle ha varit till hjälp om viator hade angett namnet på den tredje part som hämtar och viktiga saker att hålla utkik efter förutom "ditt namn" för att enkelt upptäcka föraren eller företaget. Såsom se upp för en representant som bär en lila och blå skjorta med "Företagsnamn" etc. Leta efter representant på höger sida när du går ut etc. Det hjälpte inte att vår representant hade skylten med mitt namn på. golvet var vänt nedåt och jag kunde bara hitta honom efter att jag gick tillbaka till fronten och började fråga alla representanter där om de hade mitt namn på sin tavla när jag tydligt kan se att mitt namn inte stod på den. Först då satte vår representant upp sin styrelse och vi kunde lokalisera mitt namn. Upphämtning från hotellet till flygplatsen var sömlös. Föraren anlände och nämnde mitt namn för hotellets bell servicerepresentant, de kom och meddelade mig att min förare var här och allt bra.

När vi kom fram var representanten utanför flygplatsen med mitt namn på plakaten enligt överenskommelse. Men vi var tvungna att vänta I. Värmen i över 20 minuter för vår chaufför att komma fram. Min vän var på kryckor men fick fortsätta att använda flygplatsrullstolen. Allt efter det var bra som utlovat.

Smidig upplevelse, bra kommunikation

Företaget var och har genomgående mycket kommunikativt. De skickade oss en bild på vad vi kan förvänta oss och den anställdes uniform. Det var lite väntan vid ankomsten, men vårt flyg var sent så det var förståeligt. Vi skulle både rekommendera och använda dem igen!

Jag bokade med Viator, de var precis där de sa att de skulle vara med en tydlig skylt med mitt namn på. Mina vänner bokade med någon annan och de kunde inte hittas. min Viator-förare var vänlig nog att ta dem med oss.

Opålitlig och inte pålitlig för transport till hotell - gör dig strandsatt

Den här tjänsten är hemsk. Jag var tvungen att ge en 1 stjärna bara för att ge en recension men vi fick inte en åktur trots att den var förbetald och delad (vilket de i sina anteckningar citerar att om du missar din åktur måste du vänta på nästa åktur om en timme — - ) vi nekades vår förbetalda transfer till hotellet från flygplatsen eftersom vårt flyg var försenat med en timme (de hade vårt flightnummer och kunde verifiera vårt problem) och immigrationsincheckningen var så säkerhetskopierad att vi också stod i kö till en timme för att komma ut från flygplatsen. När vi gick till vår operation fick vi veta att vi skulle behöva ta en taxi för 68 $. 00 trots att vi stod på listan han visade oss. Han sa att vi var över 20 minuter försenade så de avbröt oss. Det här är den värsta upplevelsen som någon kan ha att flyga till ett annat land och lita på att Viator kan ta oss till vårt hotell. Det var en mardröm och jag kommer aldrig att lita på Viator igen för att ge rekommendationer till någon som kan hjälpa oss att komma till vår destination i ett okänt land.

I tried to get the van to wait longer, however, this is the high season and all vehicles are scheduled to perform several services a day. Waiting longer would have implied to let down other customers who, as all our customers, look forward to receiving the contracted service. Had we had other vehicle available, we would have been in a better position to support you. As a compensation, we offer you a courtesy roundtrip service from Cancun airport to any hotel in Cancún on your next visit, hoping you give us the opportunity to serve you in the future. Service beyond expectations

The service exceeded our expectations. Our flight arrived late at 11:20 pm. We were called by Roger, our contact, to tell us our ride would be there in minutes. It was. The driver was courteous and professional. Before our trip, Rodger texted us several times to clarify where we would meet the driver and the phone number to call upon arrival. This level of service is rare for any business encounter.

Great transfer to/from airport to our resort hotels; very easy, clean and safe

We had a very good experience with our driver. The only issue was he wasn't at the pick up spot before we got there and we needed to call the phone # on our confirmation (pro tip: ALWAYS print out your documents before you go on a trip) to confirm where he was going to meet us. We were only waiting for 5-10 minutes when our driver found us and we were on our way. The shuttle van was super clean and he sprayed it down before we got in for extra disinfection. The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We book a round trip, but while we were dropped off in Cancun we needed to be picked up in Playa Del Carmen. Our car service called us because of the greater distance it was a few dollars more per person to get picked up in PDC, but I knew that was going to happen and it wasn't an issue. My only request is that you also offer an email to write to vs trying to call to confirm pick up time and any other issues. I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend them if you needed transportation in and around the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area.

Fair price/good service

We booked a return trip. Drivers were courteous and the trip to/from hotel/airport was fast. We had a bit of a hard time trying to find the driver when we arrived at the airport, but it worked-out in the end. For the return trip, the driver arrived at the exact time they said they would and the trip to the airport was fast and uneventful. Would most likely use them again.
