The mud bath and hot...

We had such a wonderful time during our Tour with Rakesh! He was such a great guide, telling us stories and facts about Fiji. We shared stories among the 4 of us and had a good laugh throughout! My highlight was the mud pools! Shoutout to the Scottish lady on our tour (with me and my husband) good stories and good laughs!

Informative tour, but room for improvement

Avi delivered a great tour for us, had lots of knowledge about the Fiji and Indian culture. The gift shop stop was a definite scam though, stopped there longer than the temple and so early in the tour it was almost like we were pressured into buying overpriced gifts and didn't want to dispute it in case it affected the rest of the tour. The garden of the sleeping giant was great though along with the mud baths.

A nice outing doing a few things for half a day

I picked this tour over another similar one because of the great reviews and low amount of people per group. We lucked out because on our tour day, there were only two of us, so it was like a personal tour! Avi is very personable and gives a lot of great info, however since this is a tour in Fiji, I was looking for more history and stories about the Fijian culture rather than lots of info about Indians. Don't get me wrong I learned a lot of new and interesting things about Indian culture, just not what I was hoping. Overall it was a good experience, but include more Fijian history and culture too.

The most memorable was the hot springs and mud bath. We had the best time. The staff were very hospitable and kind. We would highly recommend the hot spring and mud experience.

My tour guide was Avi who was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't have been nicer. Really enjoyed the tour although is does not include a visit to Viseisei Village as stated in the tour description. That should be removed from the listing.

Fantastic experience

The tour was fantastic. Pick up was right on time. The schedule was explained extremely well. On the tour, the guide was very knowledgeable and provide some great facts about where we were visiting. Along with this, he was able to provide information about Nadi for our future adventures. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone.

Good, but didn't take us to everything in the tour description

Would have given it a higher rating, however the driver made us choose between visiting the village or the sleeping gardens. however in the tour descriptions both are included, watch out for this if using this tour company, disappointed that we didn't get to see both when they were meant to be included.

All the poor reviews are correct

Where do I start. Total waste of money. Didn’t go to all listed places, no drinks supplied as stated. The guide Rakesh (the owner) refused to pick people up from the hotels as paid for as a part of the trip without a further cash payment or you have to make your own way to the first place. Then dropping people off at Denarau Island (a place he said he would collect and drop people off to, he demanded and received cash payments from those dropped off. You are not given the time stated on the tour listing at the places with one exception the souvenir shop which I suspect he receives a payment from the store for bringing people to. He was really direct about we were to go shopping only at the souvenir shop but not to do shopping at other venues. We paid AUD $750 for this tour and felt totally ripped off. All of the others in the van we spoke to had similar stories. The final thing I will say is that there are a number of similar reviews of Rakesh and this tour on here all of which state similar problems and I note that Rakesh has even responded to some of, and there has been no change to his conduct. All of the poor reviews of this tour are in fact accurate. You can also go to all of the places yourself and don’t need a tour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We only stopover at Jacks in Nadi as they are safe for our guests to go and shop whereas many have been scammed by other local souvenir shop. Also note that you had agreed with the tour rate and paid for it accordingly. We did not force you to pay it. Also our tour only includes pickup within Nadi/Denarau Hotels and certain fees are charge for hotels beyond our pickup point. Regards, Shivan

The driver was informative about Fijian and the Indian Fijian history and culture. However, the tour did not stop at the Viseisei Village even though it was part of the itinerary. When asked, the guide said it was an “option” and said he already went over the information the village would’ve presented. We were also rushed at the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. We spent maybe 15 minutes when the itinerary said 30 minutes. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and we only walked around the entrance area. We spent more time at The souvenir shop than the garden. Please revise the tour description because it’s not accurate. Thank you.

The Mud Baths were super fun, and Sleeping Giant was very beautiful and peaceful. The market and Kava was interesting and informative. If it is possible a little less time at Jack's for some time on a short tour or little walk downtown with some learnings about the history of Nadi itself would have been cool. Our guide Avi was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this tour and Avi to anyone.

An enjoyable way to see and learn about Nadi

Our tour guide Rakesh, who also turned out to be the owner, was a really knowledgeable and friendly guy. He was able to give a really good overview of the history and significance of the places we visited. Being a small operator, I felt the tour was personalised and didn't feel pressured about the time spent at each stop. The mud pool and hotsprings were definitely the best part of the tour. I highly recommend this tour and operator. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable day!

Great Into option to start Fiji experience

So it was my first solo trip to Fiji for a Spartan Race and I had some downtime before it was the race weekend. I really wanted to start off my first Fijian experience with something easy to not overwhelm myself in the beginning and boy was I glad I did. Our tour guide for the day was Mr. Avi and he was such a pleasure to have led our little group tour for the day. I won't go into details of the tour in this review as I'm pretty sure that the other reviews are way better at describing it than I ever could, but what I will say is that Mr. Avi was very understanding when I left my phone in the back seat and drove all the way back to my hotel to deliver it (for a small fee of $50 Fijian dollars), which was most appreciated! So please don't be like my forgetful self and double-check your belongings before leaving anywhere! Overall, I enjoyed it and got along with the other tour group attendees pretty well, so highly recommend it for sure!

Great Introduction to Nadi

We chose this excursion the day we landed in Nadi. It was a great way to see several of the important sights, do some curio shopping, and relax in a mud bath after a long flight and day. The guide was very knowledgable and did an excellent job of explaining everything we were seeing. It was cram packed and did feel like we were always hurrying. No meals are provided, so bring a snack or two.
