We do fully understand your disappointment of having faced lots of queues during your Burj Khalifa visit, however, Burj Khalifa is still, after 10 years, one or maybe the most visited sight in Dubai. It's a must for everyone coming here to visit the "world tallest building". We fully understand that it is annoying to wait in line.       Vi gick vid 10-tiden. Jag kände att hela processen var smidig eftersom att gå tidigare är inte lika upptagen. Snabbt rörlig kö för att komma in och väl på toppen kunde vi beundra de fantastiska vyerna, vandra runt, ta bilder. Mitt råd är gå tidigt och njut av det.

      Väntetiden är för lång. Tillbringa 2 timmar för att ta hissen för att gå upp. Stanna på toppen i några minuter. , mycket trångt och oförmögen att ta bilder. Väntade ytterligare 2 timmar i kö för att gå ner.

      Jag ringde Viator såväl som det lokala reseföretaget en dag före Burj-upplevelsen för att låta dem veta att mina barn var sjuka och att jag skulle vilja ändra datumen. De hade en nolländringspolicy - ingen återbetalning, ingen ändring av datum, skulle inte ens låta mig ge biljetterna till någon annan att använda. Förlorade 250 USD. Hemskt att vara så oflexibel, speciellt med en turistattraktion. Jag har alltid haft en bra upplevelse av Viator, men på den här önskar jag verkligen att de mycket tydligt hade angett på bokningssidan hur oflexibel policyn var.

      Det var fantastiskt! Väldigt organiserad och det var minimal väntetid (kanske 10 minuter) för att komma på hissen som går snabbt till 124:e våningen. Yhe vyer är hisnande! Efteråt besökte vi Dubai Mall som också är fantastiskt! Skulle definitivt besöka igen! ! !
