Hemsk upplevelse. Åkte till Dubai och gick för att hämta mina biljetter till evenemanget som bekräftades och betalades i månader i förväg för att få reda på att de avbokade dagen innan utan anledning. Jag ringde och de gav mig en bs ursäkt och sa till mig att det inte fanns några andra biljetter tillgängliga för den dagen. Jag gick direkt till byggnaden och kunde få biljetter billigare och för samma dag. Jag kommer aldrig att använda Viator igen!

Att ta sig till toppen var organiserat, men att komma ner igen var det inte, folk hoppade i kö. Det fanns en simulering men den fungerade inte eller om den var det fanns ingen som frågade hur man använder den.

Utsikten över Dubai på natten från toppen av 124:e våningen var fantastisk. Ljus runt omkring var också fantastiskt. Hade förbokat biljetter och blev bekräftad vid 7 . 30 pm. Vid nedladdning av biljetter bekräftades det inte och ombads att överväga kl. 20.00. Fast vi checkade in vid 7 . 15 plats utan svårighet. Är det en marknadsföringsgimmick? Blev verkligen förvirrad.

Bra köp, se bara till att gå under lågtrafik. Denna tid är runt 10.00 till cirka 130.00. Kön blir väldigt lång runt 16.00. Jag menar att det är en fin utsikt men inte värt att sitta där i timmar efter timmar. Det kommer att bli ett slöseri med en dag om du gör det.

Jag bokade biljetterna via viator och när jag kom till disken var mina biljetter faktiskt inte bokade även om pengar hade tagits från mitt konto. Det orsakade stor stress för mig och mina familjemedlemmar och var tvungen att köpa nya biljetter. Jag väntar fortfarande på att viatorn ska återbetala mina pengar och har inte hört något tillbaka. Företaget som vi köpte biljetter med via viator tog mina pengar men skickade mig inte biljetterna. Efter att ha kommit till burj och väntat online fick jag veta att jag var tvungen att ringa företaget för att få kupongnumret för biljetterna. Jag ringde och fick veta att vi skulle bli uppringda. Vi blev bara kvar och väntade där. kvinnan ringde till slut tillbaka men gav bara ett kupongnummer för 1 biljett även om jag köpte 2 . Jag var tvungen att ringa henne igen. Det här var en enda röra. Upplevelsen vid bränningen var inte heller värd pengarna jag betalade. Det är svårt att se något utanför när alla blockerar fönstren. Väntan på att hissen ska gå upp till toppen och tillbaka ner är en väldigt lång långsam kö. Jag kunde definitivt ha hoppat över den här upplevelsen.
