Absolutely false and fabricated. A review should be genuine and honest. From the hotel to the desert and back it itself is 3.5 hours
You have done camel ride, sand boarding, dune bashing, you have been at the camp for the shows and dinner at the lounge and left the camp by 08.15 pm. ABC Tours camp is the only camp is in the middle of the desert while you may have seen the other roadside; the whole world knows the distance as the company spend millions to offer authentic experience for the guest.
You booked the extra bike for 20 minutes which was your choice seeing other guests. We do not encourage additional on the spot reservations as we are already busy for prebooked bookings. Touch your heart and ask yourself how many times you requested us to book the ATVS for you. This is not upselling this is your choice to book the activity which is not a part of your package.
You booked the basic premium safari program even though you experienced all services include with pick up drop off, camel ride (can be repeated), sand surfing, dune bashing, lady henna service, shesha at the tent, BBQ dinner. We are the ONLY COMPANY who take you the guest to the open desert you know that the reason why you opted to book the ATVs additionally. You were upgraded to the LOUNGE SEATING where you got personalised service with fresh BBQ grills.
You must have seen how many people in the camp approx 100 as the management DO NOT ALLOW crowded camps of 500 persons as you have seen on the way. 2 hours you were enjoying the meals and shows at the camp, its sad that the educated society go kiddish!
It is a shame that educated people is unethical and use social medias to leave their grudge. We have your handwritten feedback that you have complained about the other guest who were with you on the same jeep, you had problem with another guest. It's NOT our fault if you were not happy with other cultured society, they too had booked your same program with excellent feedback, and we noticed they were well behaved and there was no reason for you to complain about them. We treat all our guest equally and we cannot be racial. Had we an option to show online your handwritten feedback we would have done that.
These kinds of racial grudges do not stop us from offering best services to our valued guest.
