    Trevlig lätt promenad från Royal Mile. Erbjudit många intressanta bitar med information och webbplatser. Skulle rekommendera.

    Being able to go at your own pace was a plus. The self guided tour model works perfectly there. Having the personal listening device creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere...felt respectful...which suits the house. The docents were very helpful and kind.

    I'm from Lithuania, this Palace left huge in precioun. I absolutely loved this place. It would have been better if it was warmer but apart from that it was amazing!!! 😁😁 the tour guide was great and very helpful and the rooms were magnificent!

    Good half day spent looking round. Even caught live music as an added bonus. Well worth the visit for anyone interested in history.

    This was a great self guided tour which allowed the guest to go at his/her own pace. It gave a very nice history of the palace but what was especially nice was the audio had members of the royal family giving their impressions of Holyrood and what the place meant to them personally. Nice touch.

    This visit is a self-paced visit of the royal palace. This tour is recommended for those who enjoy visiting castles and palaces. The self-guided tour is very thorough.

    This visit was well worth it, preferred Holyrood to Edinburgh Castle. Excellent tour and gardens, also got to see Meghan's dress up close and personal

    Holyrood was amazing. The rooms and furniture are in good shape and saw the hall where the Queen holds important functions. The headphone device had pictures plus anecdotes re each room and items in the room. We were told when she is in residence the Queen can be seen roaming the grounds and talking to people.

    We did not get to tour the palace because we couldn't change the date we scheduled. We mistakenly scheduled for August when we wanted to go in September. Be sure you select the date you want to go. If you don't, there are no changes.

    We were there the first of June and it wasn't overly crowded but you should absolutely buy your tickets early. Since we had our tickets in hand, we were sent straight in to pick up our headsets. You should listen to the recordings, gives you a lot of extra information. It is a lovely place to visit, my aunt had some difficulty with some of the steeper stairs but she did enjoy the trip here. The gardens are lovely. Especially enjoyed the ruins. The cab fare was about 7.5 pounds from our hotel. If you are a hiker, plan time to hike to Arthur's Seat close by.

    Very nice and was great to see the special exposition of Meghan’s wedding dress and Harry’s dress kit. The garden is also very nice and we can feel the atmosphere with the old ruin on the side.

    Visite avec audio-guide très intéressante , jardins magnifiques : A faire absolument à Edimbourg. Boutique du Palais idéale pour un souvenir royal !

    El Palacio es fantastico. La Abadia, aunque en ruinas es fantastica y con la moderna audioguia y su paseo virtual al pasado se hace fantastica. Los jardines estan increibles y la camara de la reina tambien. Despues de un paseo por los jardines, un bebida en la terraza antes de salir y como colofon (si el dia acompaña) pasear hasta el mirador de Arthur Seat.
