Reseguiden var hemsk! Jag tog den här turnén för 10 år sedan så jag har något att jämföra med. Hennes engelska var svår att förstå. Hon förklarade inte Firenzes historia på en rundvandring. Det var en stående turné där man pratade om Duomo. Hon pratade inte om statyn av David som vi såg och gav oss inte historien om bron Ponte Vecchio. Vi fick inte vår gelato som det stod på vårt guideblad och hon släppte av oss på en annan punkt än vår guideblad sa. Den här kvinnan borde inte vara en reseledare.

Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the delay in responding. Before replying, we wanted to consult with the guide who accompanied you during the tour. She has provided us with some feedback regarding the attractions you mentioned were not covered. Our guide may not have focused extensively on the Statue of David, but did she perhaps point out the comparison between Brunelleschi's and Giambologna's David statues and suggest viewing them diagonally to fully appreciate the details she was discussing? When you reached the Ponte Vecchio, among other historical information, didn't she tell you about the bridge's experiences during World War I and how it managed to escape destruction during the Second World War, unlike many other bridges in Florence? Did she mention the goldsmiths who replaced the butchers, making the Vasari Corridor visible? If the information provided was not sufficient, which we find unlikely given the extensive effort we put into perfecting our tours, you could have directly asked her on the spot. This is one of the advantages of having a physical guide – the opportunity to ask questions. We regret that you found our guide's English difficult to understand. However, please remember that our guide is authorized and certified by state authorities, has passed language certification exams, undergoes regular training updates, and, due to the nature of her work, practices English daily. In fact, this is the first time this guide has received such feedback; until now, no one has ever complained about her language skills. We renew our regret for not meeting your expectations. Tyvärr kunde jag inte förstå vad hon sa. Hennes accent var så stark att jag hade kunnat njuta bättre på egen hand. Hon berättade för ytterligare fyra personer som var från Brasilien och hon sa att hon inte hade tillräckligt med öronbitar. Sedan gav hon aldrig ut öronbitar. Min fru kan spanska och kunde kommunicera en del med henne. Det var en total byst. Detta är vår 6:e - 7:e turné i Italien så vi är inte oerfarna.

Reseguiden var trevlig men vi kunde inte förstå henne alls på grund av tjock accent. Dessutom förlorade vi henne 4 gånger på 2 timmar :( Hon letade aldrig efter sin grupp och fortsätter att gå som om hon är i sin egen värld

Jag gillade verkligen den här turnén men jag ger den fyra stjärnor eftersom resplanen för turnén har ändrats och beskrivningen har inte uppdaterats. Det fanns några stopp som inte längre ingår i turnén, inklusive stoppet för gelato. När reseguiden meddelade att turnén skulle sluta frågade jag om stopp för gelato och hon berättade för mig att det togs bort från turnén.

Ett bra sätt att utforska Florens! Vår guide Isabella var mycket kunnig om Florens historia och monumenten längs promenaden. Vi är värda att ta turen om du har ont om tid och/eller förstår utformningen av gamla stan.

Natalia var en underbar guide. Hon väckte staden till liv med berättelser om Florens historia. Hon gav oss massor av information om platserna vi borde besöka, och några förslag om shopping och restauranger.

We enjoyed the tour but didn't feel we learned enough and the IT didn't work very well. A more leisurely pace with more general information about Florence would certainly have made the tour better for us.

Tour guide was super friendly. Very informative and thorough. Her English we very understandable. We saw amazing things in Florence but most importantly enjoyed walking through the lesser used side alleys that open up to more amazing monuments. Highly recommended if you have good shoes and 2.5 hours :P Our tour ended on opposite direction of where it started. However it is so hard to get lost in the city center. Just use the Duomo Cathedral as a landmark and it is easy to navigate We all got free Gelato at the end.

Wonderful 2 hr tour. We had a baby and toddler in two and they made sure we didn't need to stop throughout the tour. Very informative. A perfect overview of the city and our guide was very knowledagble. Highly reccomend.
