First of all most funny part of this story, that after "very bad" experience you bought wine at the end, I don't get it, you didn't enjoyed one second but you purchased the wine?!
Please check your phone voice mail we called you multiple times.
On the order is clearly indicated that once wine pass the custom, you will have your tracking number, but obviously you couldn't see that if you think about sommelier telling you that he need to prepare lunch. Just read again your review, it's all about everything else around you, but I can't see your experience, taste of the wine for example?
Dear Beth, sometimes, just think for a second, maybe it's just you, maybe you can say something on the spot, maybe the wine from Italy take longer then a week to Ohio, maybe you like to blackmail companies and try chargeback.
Travelling is exploring, asking, exchanging, for sure not calling a credit card company or give a chance to Viator or give a votes, again Beth, remember that you review people and not a company, so maybe pick up the phone next time!
