Truthfully, nothing super special. Seeing all the balloons in the air was the best part because there are a ton of people crammed into the balloon basket and it makes it hard to see much. If you want to keep your limited amount of vacation clothes clean you should stand far back from the group when you land or you will get sprayed with champagne. Afterwards, the staff sent me 13 messages asking for a review.

They didn’t fulfill their service contract. They didn’t picked us up and sent a message an hour later saying that the flight had been canceled.

Stunning hot air balloon ride. One not to miss

What an incredible experience. A hot balloon ride with a beautiful sunrise over incredible scenery surrounded by another hundred hot air balloons (give or take a few). The pilot showed incredible skills flying us through the valley. We did not give a 5 star rating as the ride only lasted for 35 minutes, not the hour we hoped for and then once we landed the crew did not communicate clearly what was happening.

Overpriced for what you get unless you haggle

Good things The company communicated with us very well, they messaged my cell on WhatsApp the day prior to confirm details and pickup time. They arrived within the given pickup time (4:15-4:30am) at our hotel. We picked up a few others and arrived at our balloon which had already been mostly blown up so we didn’t have a long wait until getting into the balloon. They gave us a bagged breakfast with water and we had a smooth takeoff and very smooth landing. They do sell videos and photos of the experience at the end, they quoted us at 200 TL for that which I felt was a fair price although we took enough photos and didn’t buy it. Bad things There are 4 chambers for people to stand in the basket and each chamber held 5 people. This was way too many for a safe landing if we had rough winds, since not all of us could crouch down and hold the handholds. It was also nearly impossible for us to turn or move- we tried to book butterfly balloons since they had a low passenger limit but they were booked. I would say ideally 2-4 people per chamber would be best, although the size of baskets may vary depending on the company (I’m not sure). We ended up paying about $250 per person, but found out from someone on the flight that they were able to haggle the price down to $150 easily by emailing the company ahead of time. We were disappointed to hear this since we felt $250 was way too much especially with the overcrowded basket. Finally we were told there would be a champagne toast at landing, which is actually cherry juice; to be fair I don’t like champagne so I wasn’t unhappy, but just letting people know if you think you’re paying for champagne it’s not. At the end, they made us all wait in the field until we had returned our champagne glasses to the table with an expected tip in the glass. We had to wait until everyone had approached the table to tip before we could leave which was a bit uncomfortable and time consuming. All in all it was a safe trip with friendly and competent staff. I felt it was very overpriced for the crowded basket and didn’t appreciate everyone having to wait for tipping at the end. This was our only hot air balloon experience so we aren’t able to compare to other companies.

A lot of hot air

The luxury champagne balloon flight can only be described as ordinary (although the actual experience of flying in a hot air balloon is second to none), however the company wasn't the best., our breakfast and champagne toast was cancelled last minute (late the night before, a few hours before our 4am pick up) The reason given was due to covid19? We were also late arriving to the site and missed most of the spectacular inflating of the hot air balloons, we noted many of the other hot air balloon companies had set up breakfast for their guests. Once at the site we were rushed into the basket at the speed of light crushed into anyone, (Covid clearly wasnt an issue at this point?). All seemed very hurried probably due to our late arrival at site, overall the pilot was good, the experience amazing, but was definitely not the package I was sold and would not use the same company next time. I cant help but feel they sold a luxury package at a discounted rate via this site then stripped away all the luxury offered to increase their profit margin. My advice do the hot air balloon but book a better provider.

Great value and an amazing and enjoyable experience. Received message one day prior with pick up time, and driver promptly arrived at the promised time. Only negative, and I'm nitpicking here, is that there was no tea, coffee or breakfast that the advertisement promises. Personally, I wouldn't have partaken of it even if it were available so it isn'tan issue at all, but others may have been expecting it and been slightly disappointed.

The whole experience was amazing. The pilot and the ground crew where all experienced and very professional. To be part of an experience where there were so many balloons flying around was mind blowing. Highly recommend you do this if you are visiting the area.

This company is a total scam, they resold our seats to other customers for more profit. I ended up paying much more to be rebooked with another company. Stay away at all cost.
