Jag borde tro och lyssna på tidigare kunders kommentarer. MYCKET DÅLIG SERVICE OCH KOMMUNIKATION! ! Vänligen köp inte denna resa, förarrangemangen på mötesplatsen VAR FRUKTANSVÄRDA Men guiden Tommy är en trevlig ung gentleman ärligt talat, inget relaterat till honom, han hjälpte oss och ledde oss springa till båten i bråttom! Uppskattad!

Thank you very much for your feedback. TRULY, If you are not able to access to internet or making a phone call during/before your journey, you want to turn off the phone and everything goes smoothly with service right to your foot of cruise you should book the All Inclusive Private tour option or simply get one arranged by your cruise staff. Group boat tours when you are on oversea cruise means you have to be connected all the time. We sent you the email and message via whatsapp before the travel date and you did not get it. We guided clearly our Operation building, our coffee House, our Check in counter, Our boat name. It is then a pity that you did not get it. It means you have chosen a wrong tour. Luckily after a long time on your own you managed to ask a local Vietnamese to call us and we showed you to the meeting place. For our future clients, if you travel without internet access and phone, please remember to come to the ONLY yellow building - the Operation building of the harbor and you can ask anybody there they will know us. Or simply book our ALL INCLUSIVE PORT OF CALL TOUR OPTION for AT-foot-cruise service. Thank you!

Båtturen var okej men den engelska guiden var sjuk så vi visste inte vad vi tittade på eller historien bakom bergen. Vi åt inte ombord. Vi fick ingen info om grottorna som var väldigt vackra. Massor av trappor till grottan. Inte lämplig för personer med funktionshinder eller problem med att gå.

Båtturen runt öarna och i grottan var spektakulära och väl värda pengarna. Men mötesplatsen som angavs var vag och vi var tvungna att söka mer detaljer för att ta reda på var vi kunde träffa vår kontakt, som inte pratade engelska, och det fanns ingen engelsktalande guide som utlovat. Vi fick också betala någon form av statlig skatt som bara nämndes lågt nere i turbeskrivningen, och som tur var hade vi kvar lite kontanter då de inte skulle ta kortbetalning. Slutligen gick den 4 timmar långa resan som annonserades som startande kl. 11:30 ungefär 12:15 så det var mer som 3 1/4 timmar, men det var tillräckligt för att se vad vi ville se.

Det var en fantastisk båttur. Med bara en kort tid var det välorganiserat, och vi njöt av turnén så mycket. Vi njöt också av att umgås med andra turister ombord.

Turnén i sig är mycket bra. Jag skulle ha gett 4 stjärnor, men mötesplatsens kommunikation med turnépersonalen är fruktansvärd. Ingen engelsktalande personal tillgänglig, ingen engelsk skyltning för att indikera vad vi behöver göra medan vi väntar. Med start klockan 11:30 gick vi ut till båten efter klockan 12:00.

Pick up starts 30 minutes before departure time that is clearly indicated in our plan. It is our tour plan that you misunderstood. We are sorry for it. You can always ask any Vietnamese near you to call us for support if you do not find us there as you come early or too late. Guiden (Hung) var superb, vildsvinskaptenen var utmärkt OCH lagade bra vietnamesiskt stekt ris med ägg och den unga damen hade några riktigt fina och billiga smycken. Naturligtvis var båtturen och grottan bättre än vi hade förväntat oss.

Turnén i sig är fantastisk och utsikten är fantastisk! Emellertid kan den organisatoriska sidan av resan förbättras, eftersom nästan 1 timme av denna 4 timmars turné spenderas på hamnkaféet där researrangören beräknar människor, dubbelkontrollerar listorna och köper biljetter till platserna som ska besöks under tur.

The place is great. Definitely worth the trip. Not sure about the full day, but 2-4 hour trip definitely worth the time. Gathering instruction was not clear. They said 198x cafe is the spot to gather, but it has been renamed to "Athens" cafe. Quite frustrating, as it is hard to find there a single person to guide you. The boat has tables and benches but they are dirty. Top-deck is nicer, but is accessible only en-route (while ship is moving between the stations). Tickets to the area it self has to be bought separately. Frustration again, as it was not clear who should do it. The port staff couldn't understand that I wanted to buy only tickets to the area, not the boat ticket that I had already purchased through this site. Quite frustrating. Eventually I had to give cash to the tour orgnisired that gave me tickets to the area as well. Cards are not accepted.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your traveling with us! Thank you for your feedback for the bench which was not clean, we will take better care for this matter. For our traveler, the extra charges of entry ticket owned by our government and also the lunch if you like can be done in cash or credit card. For payment by credit card please let us know in advance we will send you a payment link. There on our boat we do not have the facility to do it as the operation at sea and sometimes we get no signal. Thank you!

Not worth it at all: horrible food and overcharge of 16usd

Expensive given that the food and the entry fees were not included. Basically we paid 16usd more per person: 6usd for the more horrible food in vegetarian option! They give you: - some tofu without a sauce - very same salad of 2 vegetables in 3 forms: cold, stir fried and same 2 veggies added to noodles. -> ridiculous We met people on the boat who paid only the entry fees and got on the same boat with us. Hence, the only added value of booking this trip was a hotel transfer, but seriously 3min drive: is it worth 16usd per person????!! If you want our advise go to the port and pay the fees directly and don’t book the food especially if you are vegetarian.

The fee you paid via Viator is for: 5$ kayak or bamboo boat. Shared boat for 30 persons, shuttle bus to pick up around town 2 ways. Tour guide for the trip. And also the market fee. Exclusion: 6$ lunch (vegetarian or normal) and 12$ fee which pays to the government. We think you do not understand correctly what is the amount you paid for leading to the problem of the tour. BE WISE AT CALCULATING - AND HAVE A GREAT JOURNEY. Thank you very much.

Good trip, first stop at an island is not a nice experience though, nothing to do and all boats stop there. Rest is very nice experience. Please keep in mind that it is 2hrs from Hanoi with a tiny shuttle bus.

Ha Long Bay was gorgeous! We enjoyed the tour and the beautiful scenery. However, the experience leading up to getting on the boat was quite an ordeal. I booked a boat cruise in Ha Long Bay as shore excursion when our cruise ship embarked there for a day. When I talked with a representative at Viator on the phone, I was told that there were 2 4-hour boat cruises to choose from and we would be taking the morning boat cruise so that we would make it back to our ship on time for departure. After I paid, I got a confirmation in my email. However, there’s no time specified on it. I was told to contact tour operator for details. I tried various ways to contact tour operator but couldn’t get a confirmed meeting time. On the day before our scheduled tour, I received an email from Viator that we were boarding an afternoon boat cruise. On the morning when our ship embarked at Ha Long Bay, I called the operator and told them that our ship was at the port but still awaiting permission to leave. I just wanted to make sure that they waited for us but I was told that the boat cruise was leaving soon and it’s suggested that we took the afternoon cruise. We knew that we wouldn’t be able to make it back to the ship with the afternoon cruise. I insisted that they waited while rushing to the meeting place as soon as we were allowed to leave the ship. It was quite an ordeal to say the least. I’ll never book another tour with Viator.

Contraté un tour de 4h porque tenía un viaje en bus luego. La sorpresa es una vez en el barco me dicen que son 6 horas, por lo que no llegaba. Me salvó que la tripulación eran buenas personas y me ayudaron vía telefónica y acelerando.

Eten was erg mager, de vis was smakeloos en er was weinig variatie. Daarnaast was de Tour aan de dure kant en vond ik het geld niet waard. Per eiland ben je maximaal 45 minuten waardoor je niet relaxt kan genieten van het uitzicht. De Tour door de grot was leuk maar op de helft zei onze gids dat deze niet afgemaakt kon worden omdat we terug moesten naar de boot. Daarnaast waren de verkopers op de boot die parels verkochten erg opdringerig. Ik zou dit niet aanraden aan anderen.

We are sorry that our guide could not explain clearly to you when you finished the Thien Cung grotto and wanted to go further for Dau Go cave which was not included in our plan. The 2 caves are next to each other and we just have enough time to see the best. We will make this clearer to our plan to avoid future misunderstanding.
