En otroligt trevlig utflykt som jag rekommenderar starkt ! Perfekt att åka i en mindre grupp. Guiden var otroligt påläst och duktig på alla sätt och gjorde dagen mycket minnesvärd. Vi fick precis den tiden som behövdes vid varje stopp, varken mer eller mindre. Ett tips är att resam till Luxor tar strax under 5 timmar med ett litet raststopp efter vägen. Det är ingen guidning på resan fram och tillbaka så nedladdad musik eller en ljudbok gör att resan inte känns så lång.

Resan var exakt som beskriven och väl värd pengarna för en 17/18 timmars dagsutflykt! Förarna var fantastiska, kom bara ihåg att du är i Egypten! Vår guide Mohammad Mustafa var fantastisk, mycket kunnig och tillmötesgående. Han valde ordningen för att besöka platserna perfekt, vilket innebär att det inte fanns någon kö och vi hade besökt gravarna innan temperaturen inuti dem steg för högt. Vår grupp var en blandning av engelska och tysktalande gäster och information tillhandahölls på båda språken under hela resan. Inträde till 3 gravar ingår i inträdesbiljetten till kungarnas dal, vår grupp besökte KV 2 - Rameses IV, KV 8 - Merenphat och KV 16 - Rameses I (öppnade först nyligen vilket återspeglas i kvaliteten på färgerna) . Ytterligare gravar finns att besöka mot en avgift, vi erbjöds KV 62 - Tutankhamen för 300 EGP ( 7 . 68 ) vilket var ett måste för oss. Vi ville också se KV 17 - Seti the 1 street men vi är inte säkra på om vi kunde. När Mohammad frågade, lät Mohammad oss gärna besöka och köpte de extra biljetterna för våra vägnar. Detta kostade en extra 1000 EGP (25. 60 per person) men var värt vartenda öre det är otroligt. Resan på Nilen var valfri, några av vår grupp deltog inte men jag tyckte att upplevelsen var väl värd de extra 10 euron. Templen Hatshepsut och Karnak var båda fantastiska i sin egen rätt. Vi hade en lång, tröttsam men fantastisk dag! Tack

Lång men intressant bilresa och titta på normalt egyptiskt liv, sevärdheter och ljud. Webbplatserna som besöks i din fantasi och på TV är så mycket mer när de ses personligen. Min syster och min guide var underbara och vi hade turen att ha honom helt för oss själva eftersom andra passagerare var tyska och behövde sina egna

Our day trip to Luxor was very well organised and we were kept informed of all timings by the tour company the day before e.g hotel pick up and what to expect from the trip . We really enjoyed our trip and our guide Ahmed was excellent, at the start he gave us a brief itinerary of the day and what to expect during the trip and all throughout the day he kept us informed, his knowledge of Egyptian history was very thorough and always answered any questions the group asked . We have to say this was the highlight of our holiday as we did do a day trip to Cairo with another company and wasn't as enjoyable as this trip. All in all I would highly recommend this trip for anyone considering seeing the wonderful sights in Luxor. Thanks again to Ahmed for a wonderful day.

We had a good experience with the transportation , food , and felt well taken care of. Our guide Sheriff was very friendly and well informed and keen to answer my questions. The only thing I would improve is to take away one or 2 activities in order to have more time in Luxor , which is the most impressive place and massive, I felt I could use easily 2 more hours to walk around. If you are with kids I recommend this trip. If you are only adults I would take one day trip exclusively to Luxor and give it the whole day at least ( it’s a 40 hectare place )

Great well organised tour. Good communication and prompt arrival of drivers. Tour guide (Weil Mohammad) was excellent and well informed. Only small numbers on the tour which was good. Lunch a little ropey but that didn’t affect a great day out

Great option for a family staying at hurghada

Our tour guide, Mohey, was great. He really took us in and tried to give us the best day possible. The sites were better than expected and having his insight was valuable. He could read hieroglyphs which was so cool. I only wish tour guides were allowed directly into the valley of the king tombs with us (we were able to take pictures and ask questions after). Fortunately Mohey was there to guide us on everything else! There were two optional extras: tuthankamon's tomb $20 per person and the boat ride $15. These are prices as of Dec 2023. I think they were a little cheaper before. We went with both, but I would recommend the boat ride over the tomb tbh. His tomb is the most preserved, but otherwise uninteresting and very small in comparison to the other major pharaoh's. Unless you want to pay the $20 for a photo with his mummy I don't think it's worth that much extra. The traditional boat ride was quite nice down the nile and gave us a new perspective in Luxor. I think it's worth it. You will be steered towards two shops that are loosely connected with the tour service. Your guide will make commission off the sales and it is overpriced. Basically every tour company has this setup so it's basically unavoidable. They have a quick demonstration of whatever they are selling which is actually nice and a little informative. It serves well as a little pit stop and a free restroom. However, I would not waste time here and would recommend buying elsewhere. Every minute spent here is a minute taken away from your actual tour imo. We got to do more than I anticipated with just one day driving all the way to Luxor. For us in particular with a small kid this was our best option to see historical Egypt! Definitely a better service than taking a large bus. Make sure to take a little extra tip money. Nice trip; can be improved

The driving felt unsafe close to the cities and in crowded areas. Also, we would have appreciated more detailed explanations from the guide. However, we had time to visit the monuments by ourselves and the one-day trip to Luxor is totally worth it. The car was clean and they provided water and snacks.

The purpose of our vacation was to see Luxor and its sights, which is why we traveled so much... We were 100% satisfied with the trip and the drivers, they arrived on time and drove safely. The bus was also nice, clean and tidy. However, our tour guide called Mr Mohyee didn't do his job at all, he didn't accompany us during the sights, he only said a few words on the bus/in front of the sights, if he did accompany us, he was in a hurry, so we couldn't fully look around and collect memories. We choosed this offer directly because it guaranteed that this program would start in a small number, so we could get to know the local history and culture better, but this did not happen.

Hassan is a great guide

This tour was great, Hassan was a brilliant guide, he explained everything really well and made sure we saw everything, Karnak temple was amazing, Rameses tomb in the Valley of the Kings is a must see the colours were out of this world and I cannot describe how it felt to see it all. We visited the alabaster workshop which was very interesting they made us feel very welcome but we weren't pressured they were fine with people in the group who didn't want to buy and lowered prices if haggled with a little too. Hatshepsut's temple was our final stop and again Hassan explained everything so well. The trip down the Nile was a nice added touch. Highly recommend but make sure you bring extra cash for the boat trip and alabaster workshop

Our best day in Egypt!!

We had an amazing day! Pick up was on time and communication was great prior to the trip. The highlight though was our tour guide in Luxor, Sharif (who announced himself as sheriff). He was absolutely fabulous! He was REALLY knowledgeable and passionate about Ancient Egypt. He was always willing to assist, for example, we wanted to visit the tomb of Seti I (an additional tomb) and he allowed us extra time to visit this tomb and helped us to buy the tickets. We saw so much in a short period of time and overall we had a fabulous day- the highlight of our trip!

Mohammed Mustafa our tour guide, knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn’t disappointed on this trip. The option for added extras was brilliant especially on such a hot day, Nile boat crossing is a must.

My husband and I have have travel to over 20 countries and this was the worst tour we had. There was very bad communication, when we were picked up no one talked to us until 4 hours later. This is a very long trip for such a bad service and communication. DONT WASTE and TIME please.

Such a great trip, I hadn't been very well the day before and was wondering if I'd be for the trip. As its a very long day and incredibly hot in luxor. However I am sooooo glad I went ahead, because I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was the only English person there ( solo traveller) but our guide Muhammed Mustafa could speak English and German so he very kindly included me within the German group. Taking the time to explain exactly everything in both languages. I felt there was enough time in each place, I took the optional viewing of tutankhamun tomb/mummy. Which cost 13 euros extra. Well worth it! All in all felt it was very engaging and relaxed. Also took the nile fellucca cruise at an extra 10 euros. That was lovely respite to all the heat, lunch was probably the only thing that was naff. But one thing out of the whole day is fine. We visited the alabaster work shop, a relaxed visit didn't feel harrased and because the workshop is government regulated you do get a fair enough price. I bought a very fetching firestone thoth! I very much recommend this trip, and our guide Muhammed Mustafa really was very knowledgeable, relaxed and made the trip very enjoyable. Dont hesitate in doing the trip, you won't regret it. Just make sure you grab a few snacks and water for the road if you don't want to spend money on the road side snacks. Also will nee 10egp for the using of the loo's. If you want to sleep on the journey I recommend a neck pillow. The vans are comfortable but a bit rigid and feel all the bumps. Thanks again to Muhammad Mustafa for such a great trip.
