Älskade upplevelsen. Det var en magisk dag och vi hittade flera tryffel. Matlagningslektionen och lunchen var enastående. Tack för din ansträngning för att göra denna dag till en speciell dag.

Lidja var en fantastisk guide. Hon var mycket kunnig, svarade lätt på alla frågor, men ännu bättre var hon rolig! Jag hade inga vandringsskor så hon lånade mig ett par - de har alla baser täckta. Grunderna och provsmakning rummet var vackra och vyerna var spektakulära. Efter jakten sattes vi och presenterades med en fest av färsk och lokalt tillagad mat. Vi hade till och med chansen att städa och laga mat med tryffeln vi hittade.

We had a wonderful morning with Benjamin leading us on a successful truffle hunt and Lydia preparing wonderful food for us. Both hosts were fluent in English and obviously loved what they are doing. It was a great time and we are so glad we went.

do not go truffle hunting in October too late of the season

I was looking for a to truffle hunting the dog we had was lame he didn't look for the truffles. He was a puppy in training the agent who was running the dog so he's gonna get another dog. He never did. We walked around the woods and he shows pictures on the phone that I did not like that he brought us back to the house and we had a meal. I wanted more activity with the dog with the truffle hunting. I drove 2 1/2 hours for this tour, I am formed the owner that was not happy. She did compensate us with some little jars of truffles, so she tries to make amends, but I was explaining to her that the area that we were in with the dog it was all played out. There was no truffles and she got upset and she said it is the end the season then you shouldn't be selling any more tickets to that area I said, and she didn't like that , I wanted a refund, but she would not give it to us. She gave it in conversation with a truffle jar.

Dear, Im the owner and i did not say it was end of season. The season of black is whole year around and season of white is september to december. And forest was not all played out. It is dry October and forest looks not as green as usually in October but this is weather i can not have affect on it. The dog is professionl but she had in beggining some problems with fer paw and hunter wanted to go and take another dog but than she started to work and she found 2 small truffles, so it was no need to change the dog. After that we cooked you amazing food. I told you if you want i can take you again in hunting and you said no. We have harder routs and more in wild but you told us that one was already enough hard for you and it is our flattest forest. Truffles grow in forest and we search them with dogs. My dogs are amazing but sometimes they get playeful and looks like their are puppies but there are proffesionals and happy dogs. I cant control that. We do real hunting and sometimes you find small truffles like you found, sometimes you find nothing and sometimes many -thats life of every hunter. Im sorry you wherent happy but you can see that all other people here are and 80% of them went to the same forest and didnt think it was as you called it played out. Maybe it wasnt best hunt ever but we tried our best to make you happy with food, gifts and all. As you saw, we take a lot of care about our guests. But that is not a show where everytime you find many truffles and have some fake experience it is real hunting and sometimes they are not perfect and that is life.Truffles wouldnt be most expencive truffle in world if it was that easy to find them. Im sorry that you drove that much and didnt get what you wanted and i really wanted to take you again in hunting but you didnt have time. So im sorry as i said before to you in person and here. Next time you are in Croatia i can give you whole tour for free just you have new and better experience of truffle hunting with us. all the best Ivana

The entire experience and staff were wonderful. Martina greeted us and gave us lots of background information, Lydia cooked for us and Armand took us on a truffle hunt. And Istra uncovered a couple truffles.

Awesome truffle experience

We had a wonderful time on this excursion. The staff was so welcoming and focused on us having an awesome time. Our hunt was guided by professionals who were happy to answer any and all questions. The food included was fantastic and the atmosphere was great From beginning to end we were made to feel welcome.

hunting …truffles… Found …memories of a lifetime

All I can say, is, my husband, who has never liked truffles, left this experience, loving them. Our guides, both in the open air kitchen, and on the hunt, were exceptional.! Steven, our hunt guide, was knowledgeable, and so warm and friendly. The dogs were extraordinary, funny, fascinating, playful, and successful. We found three truffles, one larger than the next. And then we took them back to the kitchen where Ivana cooked them into scrambled eggs and gnocchi that were beyond delicious. Before the appetizers were amazing, and after the dessert was delectable. All in all the experience was one for the memory books!
