We had informed you in advance that our representative would be waiting for you at the cruise terminal at 9 AM for bike pickup. We did not receive any request from you regarding an alternative pickup time. Your cruise ship was also not late, as all the other fellow passengers of yours were able to meet us on time at the agreed time and place.
Regrettably, despite our commitment to being punctual and providing efficient service, you did not arrive as scheduled. We patiently waited for over an hour, hoping for your arrival. It's important to note that we do not have bikes parked at the terminal; we need to transport them there specifically for your pickup.
It would have been helpful if you had informed us in advance about your inability to meet for the bike pickup or requested an alternative pickup time. Given the circumstances, it may not be fair to write a negative review for something that happened unintentionally and was not our fault.
