Den mest minnesvärda delen av turnén var när guiden inte dök upp, vilket gjorde att vi två - tillsammans med flera andra - inte hade något annat val än att antingen hoppa över museet helt eller köpa våra egna biljetter och gå igenom museet utan en guide.

Reseguiden, Magdalena, var utmärkt. Extremt kunnig med perfekt engelska. Jag tror att vi lärde oss så mycket mer genom att göra museet på det här sättet. Det hade dock varit trevligt att ha tid att titta på utställningarna mer.

Det var en gratisbiljettdag och vi betalade. Vi fick nästan höra att det inte finns fler biljetter till oss och att det kommer att bli en återbetalning. Oacceptabel.

Turnén kändes förhastad. Vi kunde inte titta eller läsa utställningarna ordentligt. Det slutade med att vi körde om ännu en guidad tur. Inte heller mycket om Schindler eller fabriken, det handlade mer om den allmänna situationen angående behandlingen av den judiska befolkningen som vi redan kände till från vår resa till Aushwitz

För mycket folk. Erfarenhet var förhastad. Kändes kommersiellt. För många turer pågår samtidigt. Museet hade intressanta saker om ockupationen, men väldigt lite om Oskar Schindler själv.

Museet i sig var utmärkt, mycket intressant självguidad tur. Men när vi kom dit fick vi reda på att vi bara kunde ha fått biljetter dit för halva priset vi betalade.

Vi gjorde inte en guidad tur men var extremt nöjda utan det eftersom det finns otroliga "film"-skärmar, ljudeffekter och stilleben om hur ett rum/arbete etc var. Mycket väl utställd och väl värt ett besök

Avoided the huge line of people queuing up. One criticism is where to meet the representative from the company providing the tickets. It’s not clear at all and had to ask several people before locating.

Would love to share my story on the museum, but never got through the door

Stood around for 45 minutes waiting for a rep to never turn up, no correspondence, no communication and then to watch the museum close their doors and not permit any more access. When you are only visiting for a short time, and the museum is closed for most of it due to a bank holiday, you have one chance to attend an attraction. Trusting Discover Cracow to provide that, was not the best decision and so we missed out and will likely never get the chance to go again. Thank you Viator, thank you Discover Cracow.

However, as soon as we know about the change in hours, we immediately informed and rescheduled customers for earlier hours. If you did not receive this message, it may have ended up in spam or you provided us with incorrect contact details.

The marketplace was colorful, and full of items and merchants. The driver of our van Yusef was AMAZING! It is a 3 hour drive both ways, and he was so kind, thoughtful, considerate and funny. He drove very safely. Would have appreciated more time to browse the shops. A delicious local lunch, and a camel ride with tea served afterwards. Well worth the time and money. There were only 7 of us, which made it small and personal.

A worthwhile tour.

Tour guide was very informative but the building was too busy. Touring parties kept overlapping making it difficult to hear.

Unorganised expensive and boring

Took too long for the tour to start waiting outside for nearly 40 mins from the arranged time. Poor organisation from guide. When we did eventually start the guide was dry and uninteresting. 2 out of our party of 5 left the tour and continued at our own pace. Not recommended

Disappointing

This was a disappointing tour. I was expecting lots of information about how Schindler help the Jewish people, the way he did it, etc. This tour was mostly a rehash about the war and what Hitler did. We know what he did, we wanted to learn more about Schindler - there was very little about him or how and what the Jewish people did in the factory.

Do not buy your tickets with this company. It's a total scam. We booked skip the line tickets for the Schindler Museum for 3 euros each. We could not exchange them to actual entry tickets, the local operator who was supposed to get us the tickets did not show up and was not help at all. In fact he hung up on us. If it wasn't for the museum's receptionist who pittied us we could not have entered the museum. Only buy your tickets with the museum's official website, not with any operator.

There was tour guide from the company outside the museum. We had to show him the booking from Viator. He was trying to sell us a guided tour when numerous times we asked not to have it! The guided tour was an extra 40 PLN. We had to wait on late people who were doing the Guided tour to obtain tickets to enter the museum. Not sure why we had to wait when we didn’t have a guided tour booked. He could have easily gave us our own tickets and ticked us off the list and let us go without letting us wait on late people turning up. We were there at 215pm when our booking was 230pm. Overall the museum was average in my opinion. It was interesting, and very heartfelt. 4 star for this museum. The museum takes around 2-3 hours to go around it to look at everything. 3 star overall for the experience

While in Krakow and you want to get a sense of how the holocaust and WWII affected the city, this museum will do that for you. Very complete. Not as much about Schindler and his factory, however.

It’s more focused on the persecution of the Jews overall rather than about the actual factory and his ‘list’. Not what I expected. The layout is confusing so best to have a guide explain everything to you. It’s good value for money. Staff very rude and unhelpful. The shop and cafe are very good.
