Jag tyckte om varje minut av min dag. Perfekt timing att uppleva så mycket på en dag. George vår guide var mycket kunnig. och den japanska lunchen var smaskig.

A wonderful way to see amazing sites. A bit tiring for elderly people; walking was a bit fast; difficult to find shelter in the rain. However, great value for money.

Kyoto temples are nice

Temples and shrines also the buffet lunch is really nice with a lot of variety. We went to 3 nice temples and 1 shrine all ages round the year 900-1100. Extremely beautiful and you can spend at least 1 day at each temple if you have time enough. Our guide Aska was so nice and spoke fluent English ❤️

4 Temples & a Shrine

You will visit 4 Temples, (Buddhism and Monks) & 1 Shrine (Shintoism and Priests) Each one is uniquely culturally beautiful with much history attached and each affords its own tranquility even with crowds as it was when visiting and touring during GOLDEN WEEK HOLIDAY. You only need to focus on where you are and why you visited.

We did the Perfect Day Kyoto with Harry. Harry was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The only reason I gave this tour four stars was we didn’t have much free time at the stops, but overall a great day trip to see the best spots in Kyoto!

A worthwhile tour

It is one of the best tours we have had in Japan. The itinerary is well arranged except lunch. The tour guide At Chan is knowledge and has good sense of humor. It is not easy to lead a 40+ people group in crowed tour sites. Lunch should be considered to have a better place which could have space to spread out layout buffet food. This restaurant has all food placed in a small area. It took more than 15 min waiting in line for a 40 min lunch break. Pre-fix lunch should also be fine.

A full day of the highlights of Kyoto. We saw so much. Our tireless guide, Aska, was a delight. Helpful and friendly, with excellent English. Quite a bit of walking, but definitely worthwhile.

Unfortunately disappointed

It unfortunately was extremely rushed and after being checked in with the roster the tour guide left us and went to the bus tour, and we were stranded along with another tourists that we had to catch a cab back to the bus station for our items back on the bus. She did not tell us where she was going after she took attendance at the last stop meeting point location she quickly disappeared without letting us know she was heading back to the bus.

Tour group size too large; guide tried to help but not successfully.

Most sites were important and useful. The group size was a little too large and for those lagging behind as seniors, it was not helpful. The sidewalks were busy and can accommodate one or persons at a time. Even our guide tried to do her best, it was frustrating for many of us. Please limit future size to 30.

A great tour for speed-running Kyoto

We had a wonderful day out in Kyoto. Our tour guide, Aska, was absolutely lovely! This tour is perfect for anyone with limited time in Kyoto, you do get to see a lot in one day! There is a lot of walking but there’s rest periods in between as it can take 30 minutes+ to go between some of the sites. I do wish we got to spend a bit more time at some places though. I could have easily spent at least another hour at Kiyomizu-dera temple. Overall, we had a great time!
