När jag köpte biljetterna trodde jag att vi skulle gå med i en liten grupp på max 12 i en privat båt som gjorde alla de nämnda aktiviteterna, men tyvärr var det genom den offentliga feen och ärligt talat var det inte så bekvämt som jag trodde det skulle vara. Det var lite trångt utan garanterade platser i älvan, det är först till kvarn som gäller. Tour guide flickan var mycket trevlig och gjorde sitt bästa för att låta oss glädja resan. Ingenting ingår inte ens ett vatten! Sammantaget var det lite dyrt för en sådan resa när man kunde planera den exakta resan mycket billigare.

Cheaper means going on your own, we are the only operator offering tours from Como to Bellagio and Varenna. Our tours are designed to enhance your experience without the hassle of personal planning. Our tour offers the convenience of pre-arranged transport, no ticket lines, and expert guides. We encourage all our guests to thoroughly review the tour descriptions. Our descriptions clearly mention the use of public ferry services six times, in sections like 'Overview’, 'Included', and ‘What To Expect’. Our exclusions explicitly state that "Private boat is not included." Our tours feature immersive explorations of Varenna and Bellagio, using the ferry simply as a means to reach these picturesque villages. The consistently high ratings in our reviews speak to our commitment to quality and transparent communication. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you on a future tour.

Gick till Villa Balbianello i Lenno istället för Varenna på grund av en resplanändring. Vi gick med i en grupp på 7 plus vår guide. En fantastisk och lång dag. Vår guide Sara var superkunnig och vänlig. Bär bekväma promenadskor - vi gick över 8 mil inklusive en uppförsbacke till villan. Åt gott och lärde sig mycket om området. Föreslå att du tar med dig en liten ryggsäck ifall du köper souvenirer eller mat att ta tillbaka.

Vår reseguide var fantastisk. Jag ber om ursäkt för att jag glömde hennes namn, men hon hade rött hår. Det är därför de fick 5 stjärnor. Tyvärr använder de de offentliga färjorna som är hemska. De har ingen luft som cirkulerar i någon av färjorna samt ingen luftkonditionering och fönstren öppnas inte. Om du har råd med en privat båt skulle jag gå den vägen.

I went on this tour to see the beautiful places on the lake, and Giovanni was our exceptional tour guide. Everyone loved him and his infectious energy and was happy to have him share his knowledge and experience of the lake. If only all tours had a guide like him, who cared that everyone had a memorable and wonderful experience. Also, not having to worry about purchasing the ferry tickets(since he handled this) was a relief. You have to do this tour to understand this brilliance!

Excellent trip to Varenna and Bellagio

We stumbled upon the start of a professional cycling race in the city of Como, and the excitement was palpable in this picturesque place. The organizer was easy to find and communicated well. We then had an amazing day with tour guide Victoria, who was not only pleasant to be around and knowledgeable, but she was extremely patient with our group, as each of the ten of us had specific things we wanted to do and see. She made the trip effortless and it’s even more enjoyable when the tour guide smiles and is visibly enjoying herself along with the group.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and personable tour guide we’ve ever had. He took time to speak to every person on the tour, used his connections to help skip lines and get the best seats, and took us to the best locations on Lake Como. We would use him again in a heartbeat. Extra special is that he is an architect by trade and gives background information utilizing his trade knowledge.

Giovani was a fantastic guide (5 stars) and so knowledgable, the trip was on the high speed ferry's and he got us on first and we had great seats. We meet 7 other fantastic people on our trip. The views the scenary and the food were outstanding.
