Cheryl, It is unfortunate that it didn’t work as expected initially. It’s essential to start from the designated starting point mentioned on the listing and in the email I sent. My tours are designed to activate once you reach that spot. Give it another try by following the instructions and the tutorial video. And don’t worry – my tour is valid for a year after booking, so you can always give it another go!

We had a group of 13 traveling in 3 cars. It was great that even though we were separate we could all do the same tour. Made several of the stops along the way including lunch. We could have spent all day if we did some more of the stops and hikes.

We really enjoyed traveling around Lake Tahoe with the narration of history, places to stop and view, walk about, and the ability to take the tour at are own pace. I highly recommend; it took us 3-4 hours because we took advantage of many stops.

Liked the history lesson about Lake Tahoe and each stop, we did the trip in 2 days. First day we took time to explore and enjoy the first 5 stops. We came back the next day to complete the full tour.

A well done tour

The audio tour worked great, adding commentary whenever we passed the location indicated on the map. The longer “fill” commentary when the lake wasn’t visible is a good idea, but the ghost and celebrity stories were a little overdone. Maybe a little more history of why Nevada permits gambling and why California does not? It was great to get a heads up about upcoming scenic stops so that we didn’t shoot past them.

Great tour. At our own pace and we had options to spend longer at some places. Great value. Only improvement would be to get on Apple CarPlay. Keep adding more info to the tour. We passed an old looking stone building that looked like a church but it wasn’t covered by the audio.

Started off okay, but went off route when not enough notice for a turn was given. Unfortunately no way to turn around for 10 miles. Once back on route - could not get it to pick back up. What information I heard was interesting.

If you miss a turn, you can use Google Maps to navigate to the missed point and restart the app to rejoin the tour. For a better experience, ensure the tour is set up properly with all updates before starting, and it might help to familiarize yourself with the route if possible. The tour is designed to continue seamlessly once you rejoin the route, but sometimes, a restart of the app might be necessary. The tour is valid for a year after purchase to try it again. Our support team is available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for immediate assistance next time.
