Vår guide var rolig och kunnig. Jag gillade verkligen takten på turnén. Damen som höll den gröna skylten i början av turnén var särskilt vänlig och hjälpte till och med andra turnéägare att hitta rätt ställe att gå. Jag skulle helt rekommendera denna turné!

Vår guide var väldigt söt men jag tror att det var så mycket mer hon kunde ha berättat för oss. Mycket tid ägnade bara åt att gå och vänta. Vi ställde en hel del frågor och hon var kunnig så jag undrade varför hon inte frivilligt gav oss mycket mer information. Jag kände verkligen att jag kunde ha fått samma rundtur från informationen som publicerades runt tornet. Mycket dyrt för vad som tillhandahölls.

Det var bara 7 av oss på denna turné kl 9. Vår guide, Suzanne, var ibland svår att höra och ärligt talat var vi inte alltför imponerade av hennes kunskap och presentation av fakta. Men Tower of London var fantastiskt, särskilt att se kronjuvelerna. Att fånga en Yeoman Warder-tala var definitivt en höjdpunkt.

Hemsk feberupplevelse! ! Föreställningen som skulle presenteras ställdes in utan något meddelande. Feber tillät oss att köpa biljetter till en inställd föreställning. Vi reste långt över staden som besökare till London för vår 1 gatutid för att delta i denna show, men vid ankomsten förklarade lokalchefen avbokningen. Han var mycket förvånad att Fever sålde oss biljetter till en inställd show för The Leo Green Experience: Live in Covent Garden den 26 augusti. Ingen har kontaktat mig.

We offer full walking tours, and I see that you booked the Morning at the Tower with Crown Jewels & Thames River Cruise. After checking the system, I see that you went to the ordinary ticket line to access the place on your own. The confirmation email we send to all our guests is not a ticket entry. In the confirmation email, you can find all the information for the tour, especially where to meet the group and the guide. Once the tour starts, the guide will provide you with all the tickets needed for the tour. I am sorry to hear that you misunderstood the experience you bought with us and thought that it was a separate ticket for The Leo Green Experience: Live in Covent Garden. However, on the website during the booking, you were clearly provided with all the information for the walking guided tour. The tour itself has been running on the booked date with no changes or cancellations. We always do our best to provide the website page with the maximum details possible to avoid such unpleasant situations.
