Jag kom aldrig till Stonehenge eller Bath eftersom jag gick vilse i Windsor och kunde inte hitta dem igen. Jag hörde senare att andra också gick vilse och hade svårt att hitta rätt. Tävlingen var under ett vaktbyte så det var komplicerat och svårt att orientera sig, samt full av folk. Jag tycker att guiden var oförskämd. Det slutade med att jag åkte tåg tillbaka till London. Den främsta anledningen till att jag kom till London var för att se Stonehenge, men jaja.

Hello Caren, We asked our guide about this he reported that you had been delayed by the changing of the guard, which sometimes happens. The friend you were travelling with arrived back at the coach without you, then your friend and the guide spent about 10 minutes calling you, trying to direct you back to the coach park, but without luck. At one point you were even standing next to a policeman who was trying to show you the way. You also declined your friend's call a few times as she was trying to help you. After 20 minutes both the guide and your friend decided to go on without you as she informed the guide that you sometimes wander off. Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath are a lot to see in one day and there is a lot of driving time. Therefore it is really important to be mindful of the time. We hope you enjoyed your Windsor visit and can get to visit Stonehenge on another occasion. Kind Regards Anderson Tours
Chauffer, not tour guide

Driver and tour guide was the same person. Except he acted as a chauffer with commentary along the way while he drove. No actual "tour guiding" at locations. We were rushed at windsor and stone henge. Didnt have time to go into the chapel at windsor and spent 35 minutes waiting for the bus at Stonehenge which gave us 15 minutes to look at the stone. You have to book your own tickets into the roman baths, booked ours for 1615 and spent most of our time in bath there.

Hi John, Thank you for providing feedback. We are very surprised to see such negative feedback about Michel, he is one of our most experienced & well-liked driver-guides for whom we usually receive 5-star reviews. We are sorry if you were expecting a separate driver & guide, but for our small group tours we often use driver-guides instead as it is a more intimate experience, but they are still guides and not just drivers. No guides are permitted to guide inside Windsor Castle nor do any tours other than special access tours to Stonehenge (that offer guiding inside the stone circle itself on select dates throughout the year) offer guiding at the stones themselves. Most guiding is done from the vehicle or walking up to the attractions, we are very sorry if you were expecting otherwise. This tour is indeed a rushed day and is intended for people who are short on time and want to see as much as possible in 1 day, we do try to forewarn people of this in the tour description. If you want a more leisurely pace, we offer a half-day trip to Windsor Castle and a full-day trip to Stonehenge & Bath only. We are once again exceedingly sorry if the tour did not meet your expectations as we try our best to advertise the tour accurately, and usually receive 5-star reviews for this tour. We hope you enjoyed what you did see of the attractions, and would be happy to offer you a Stonehenge & Bath tour and/or a Windsor half day trip at half price if you would like to spend more time at these venues.

Excellent driver, unhappy guide

The driver got us to each destination early, in the pouring rain. Guide groused about not getting enough tours, but otherwise very helpfyl.
