Stor turné

Turnén var en fantastisk upplevelse och guiden var mycket informativ. Jag måste dock hålla med andra recensioner om tipsbegäran. Som ensamstående mamma arbetade jag mycket hårt för att spara pengarna till den här resan och kände att minimibegäran på 20 $ per sällskap var lite brant, särskilt eftersom det var fyra grupper i vår turné. Sammantaget var det roligt.

My daughters loved the tour. The host was funny and amazing. I like how the tv scream played the movie scene at the matching locations, it helped bring the movie scenes to life.

Great tour! Lots of scenic views along the way. A fun driver too! Very good value for the money. I definitely recommend it. The staff members on location were friendly. I had to use the bathroom at their office and it was clean: a plus in Hollywood!

Super Los Angeles & Hollywood

It was great to see LA this way. We were able to see all the important landmarks and experience the city in comfort. The team at "Celebrity and Lifestyle Hollywood Bus Tour" are excellent! Welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting or anyone local who want to show their city to visiting guests.

Okay but not worth it

We booked the ride at 1pm, but they were late for 30 minutes. The tour was good, but the driver was asking for 35% of the price ticket for tips, which is too much in my opinion

Hi Marie-Anne, thank you for your feedback. Hopefully next time, we'd be able to do better and earn those 2 extra stars. When it comes to tipping, although not mandatory, recommendations are based on the full ticket value. In your case, you did purchase at a discounted price with an online offer. Which is why you may believe the recommandation is a bit too much but it is simply 18% of the full ticket value. These are simply recommendations, not a must. Tips are never mandatory.

A bit disappointed

Our 5pm tour left 45 minutes late. We didn’t receive any advance warning about the time change. Due to the delayed departure we couldn’t see much during the tour because it was dark.

Hi Patti, thank you for your feedback. However, you do not seem to tell the full story. We were short staffed that day due some of our drivers calling out sick. Upon arrival, we gave you the option to: A. be placed on our next departure 30 minutes later, B. send you out with a sister company that was leaving 20 min later, C: provide a full refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Mishap happen and are part of business. The driver was late 10 min because traffic which is a very common thing in LA. That's not the same thing.
