Låt mig först säga att Nina vår reseguide var värdefull och kunnig. Hon var artig och snäll. Ingen var i beskrivningen av turnén stod det att vi skulle gå hela tiden. Vi fyra betalade över $900 för detta och nu var det till och med värt hälften. Vinprovningen och ostdelen var mer än en besvikelse. Vi fick en smak av antingen vitt eller rött vin. Ingen diskussion annat än att de inte kan producera tillräckligt för att exportera. Den portion vi fick var och en räckte till ett par klunkar. Sedan sa vår guide hejdå och lät oss sitta där. Japp. Slutet. Återigen till sitt försvar kunde hon inte komma i kontakt med ägaren angående den extra kryssningsdelen vi betalade för så hon sprang över till kajen för att ta reda på det åt oss. Hon var vänlig nog att skicka mig informationen på WhatsApp. Inte säker på vad någon skulle ha gjort om vi inte haft appen. Vi skulle inte rekommendera denna turné till någon.

Dear Sandi. We really appreciate you took time to write your opinion which, by the way, we completely disagreed with all the inaccuracies you mention happened in this tour. The experience you booked was offered exactly as it is described! This is neither a Feast nor a Dinner! but a tasting! Swiss products focus on quality rather than quantity and we provide our guests the best Swiss products! I know this could be a cultural shock when someone is used to get XXXXL food portions. You forgot to mentioned how much in love with the chocolate tasting everyone in the group enjoyed! And the visit to the castle! The price you said was charged is also wrong! We provided more than 5 different types of Swiss chocolate , 3 well served portions of Swiss cheese plus its garnish, fresh bread, fresh water and two glasses of wine per person. Portions for wine tasting in Switzerland are 1 dl everywhere and we don’t fill up the glass to the top because the purpose of a tasting is not to get drunk but to enjoy and appreciate the aromas and flavors of a fine wine! Yes, the walking is a moderate part of the tour and it’s the only way to enjoy and learn about this beautiful alpine city! We do not drive cars everywhere here in Switzerland for such short distances. The boat information and tickets were given to you on time and we just needed to check the new spring scheduled. You informed us when you got on the boat happily! Irina stayed with you during the tour and we need to respect the Swiss working hours. We provide the best of our guiding services within the time booked. We didn’t call the owner since we are capable enough to arrange the tour services to all our lovely Guests just like you are! I am sorry you didn’t enjoy the tour but it was provided exactly as described! Walking is healthy and it’s part of the every day life in the Alps! As well as honesty and transparency! We wish you happy travels !

Trevlig turné men dyrt värde

Vi gjorde turnén Lucerne choklad, ost och vin. Vår reseguide var mycket trevlig och personlig. Vi gick till en chokladtillverkare på tågstationen där vi provade olika choklad och lärde oss om företagets historia och lite information om choklad. Vi gick sedan till ett hotell uppe i bergen och såg en fin utsikt över Luzern. Vi promenerade sedan till ett trevligt litet ost- och vinställe där vi smakade ost och drack vin och pratade med vår guide. Turen varade i 2 timmar. Turnén var trevlig, men för det betalda priset förväntade vi oss fler chokladprovningar och mer tid totalt sett. Värdet på turnén var inte så bra som förväntat. Överlag trevlig turné men för dyrt för vad vi gjorde.

No XXXXL portions in tasting tours for sure here in Switzerland, sorry! Actually it is Chocolate, Cheese Chapel Bridge and Chateau! and that's exactly what you have got. Thanks a lot for your comment, we really appreciate it but we strongly disagree with it. If a tour is scheduled to last two hours then why to expect to get more time? and then complained about a tasting because you expected a Feast?? Come on Michael:)) be serious and honest here! At least in Switzerland we respect time for our Guests and ourselves! We provided exactly everything as it is described in the tour info: 5 variety of Chocolate in a generous portion and very high quality, three different Swiss cheese garnished with a variety of antipasti! and last but not least paired with the best Swiss wine + plenty of fresh bread and fresh alpine water! The portions are generous for a tasting but it is not a dinner!!:))))) not Lunch:)) if that's is your understanding of tasting :) Portions are not extra Size for sure:)) but a good quality and reasonable portions! We provide Swiss Quality products and services and not big Quantity with poor quality ! We hope to see you again in Lucerne Michael. We wish you happy travels!!!

Three different types of Swiss Cheese, Five types of chocolate and even you have got the chance to try one more Swiss wine. This is a tasting and not Lunch nor Dinner!!! Please read carefully next time what is included in anything you booked to avoid misunderstanding and mislead our Guests with your comment. Thanks a lot for your visit.

Sätt för dyrt för vad vi fick. Choklad var utsökt och ost men att stå i en butik och äta choklad är inte min idé om chokladprovning. 450 . 00 schweizerfranc var upprörande. Vår guide var underbar och vi gillade henne mycket. Men vi gick på detta för att smaka på Schweiz. Besviken.

Dear Pamela. Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it but you forgot to mentioned the wine cellar where you enjoyed your cheese and wine privately with my colleague Irina! The price you paid for two Persons included all described services and tastings: 5 types of different chocolate plus a give away, bottle of water, three different Swiss cheese, Swiss wine, fresh bread and the 1 hr. Boat tour! The prices are listed clearly as well. We suggest to check out carefully what is included in the tour your book and read the prices for services and products in the places you are visiting and do not expect to find the same as back home! We are clear with what is included in the price. You enjoyed and finished all the chocolate while you learned also about the production. The prices are higher in Switzerland compared with other European countries but that you should have already known before coming here ! High quality has a cost!

Det var väldigt felaktigt framställt och inte alls vad vi förväntade oss. Vi hade bokstavligen vår ost- och chokladprovning som prov på tågstationen. Turnén var inte särskilt informativ och slottet var en snabb topp i lobbyn och terrassen. Tack och lov var slutet bättre men absolut inte värt de över 200 . 00 per person. Jag vill faktiskt ha en delvis återbetalning tack.

You experienced the tour exactly as it is described , including the length ( 2 hrs) and the private chocolate and cheese tasting with a glass of Swiss wine per person , all in a private wine cellar !!!! We gave all your group an extra glass of wine , there was plenty of Swiss chocolate and cheese !!! You asked for Lunch , extra bottle of wine (where did you see that included?)and wanted to go longer than the 2 hrs walking the city ( I guess because you enjoyed it a lot!) You have no idea at all what you have booked! and neither which country you were in !! You were complaining all the time about prices in Switzerland for Hotels and food! We understand you wanted to get the most out of the experience but lying and threatening with bad reviews is not the right way! Dear Debbie you and your Family were offered an extra wine glass, finished all cheese and chocolate, enjoyed stunning alpine views and improved your knowledge about the Swiss culture in general and last but not least you took one hour Lake Cruise! The Tour was provided exactly as it is described and all our dear guests loved it! Just as the rest of your lovely Family ! Asked your husband ! He even tipped us ;) which we appreciate it! Debbie life in general doesn’t work like this „ the more you give the more you want „!!!!! Hope this trip helped you to understand and respect habits and traditions in a different culture ! Aline var en bra guide för vår grupp på 6 . Hon kunde visa oss runt lite i staden, inklusive Chateau G tsch, och vin- och ostprovningarna var fantastiska. Denna turné varar bara 2 timmar, så det är bra om du vill passa in något mitt på dagen.

Vi njöt verkligen av denna turné! Vår reseguide Tonya var så bra. Mycket informativ och hon var supersöt. Hon tog oss för att prova choklad först och vi fick varsin smakprov på fem olika choklad och hade en hel påse att ta med oss. Vi provsmakar sedan ett par ostar i en lokal butik. Sedan gick vi till Kapellbron. Vi hade redan gjort det på morgonen, så hon tog oss sedan till slottet Hotel Gutsch. Spektakulär utsikt över centrala Luzern och Alperna. Vi gick sedan till en restaurang och åt ett gäng ostar, grönsaker, bröd, oliver och ett glas vin. Även om priset kan verka lite dyrt, var det väl värt det.

Ost- och chokladdelen av turnén var utsökt. Det var en trevlig rundtur att introducera dig till vackra Luzern. Staden är vacker och jag skulle kunna tillbringa dagar där.

Vår turné började i tid och platsen var lätt att hitta. Luis var utmärkt med en mängd information och berättelser för att färga vår Lucerne-upplevelse. Han var lätt att förstå och prata med.
