Jag gick till mötesplatsen och ingen var där. Det fanns andra grupper - engelska och spanska turer men inte den som jag registrerade mig med. Senare på dagen fick jag reda på att turnén avbröts genom ett e-postmeddelande som skickades till mig. Jag förväntar mig full återbetalning av min betalning. Det här är så nedslående. Min tid var bortkastad.

Dear Susan, We are sorry to read about your negative experience in regard of one of our tours. Cancellations are extremely rare and happen only in cases of force majeure events. The one you refer to was due to very bad weather conditions for which other participants no longer wish to take part in the tour. We tried to call you, but you didn't answer. We have left you an audio message and sent you an e-mail. Despite our best efforts to contact you, we were unable to reach you out. We have no wish to leave our customers with such bad memories, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Our standards are always highly satisfied customers (as you can see from all our other reviews). Nevertheless, we want to see you happy too and therefor we would like to offer you a free guided tour on your next trip to Luxembourg. Hade en underbar upplevelse. Mycket kunnig guide. Roligt och mycket kunnigt. Bara den perfekta mängden promenader. Barnen hade verkligen en bra tid att lära sig om historien och kulturen.

Christophe var supervänlig och informativ om staden, och han gav gärna vägledning och förslag på hur du kan njuta av din vistelse efter turnén. Tog nyligen en 2 timmars rundtur kl 9:00 den 4 juni 2023. Vilken fantastisk upplevelse. Mycket kunnig guide. Liten grupp lätt att höra. Var på engelska. Mycket bra information om dåtid och nutid. Christophe är en underbar guide! Han lindrade helt min bävan över att cykla i staden med sina tydliga instruktioner. Det var kul! Vi fick se mycket mer av området kring innerstaden på cyklarna, men besökte också de viktigaste historiska landmärkena. Christophe talar 5 språk och är välutbildad i Luxemburgs historia. En utmärkt introduktion till Luxemburgs historia och stad. Vår guide, Ken, var mycket kunnig och delade massor av tips för andra saker att göra och se under vistelsen. Staden är kuperad men cyklarna är e-cyklar så det är inga problem. Rekommenderas absolut som ett sätt att upptäcka staden.

It was a very comfortable tour using an e-bike, the host knows everything about Luxembourg and its history. Big plus was that it was a private tour. We enjoyed our dinner at a recommended restaurant and it was a blast. Thanks again!

This tour was very good. Just enough information to know the country, a bit of history and culture but not too much to get boring. Ken was out guide. He is a nice guy and he do not hesitate to provide more information if you need them. He explain everything just on time and organize everything very well. Give you enough information to make your decision. If you plan to go to Luxembourg this tour is highly recommended.

A Gem of a tour

This tour is exactly what we were looking for. You use the city Ebikes. They definitely make going up and down the hills easy. Ken was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of Luxembourg city. He gave great recommendations on restaurants to eat at.
