Firstly, for anyone reading this, we have two options - either a drinks included or not-included ticket.
For the latter, guests are free to order whatever they want off the menu.
For the former, in some bars we work with, there is a specific menu -this is primary to help speed up drinks service as we are on a fairly tight schedule. If the menus don't have a price on the sheet, we need to follow up with those bars as that shouldn't be the case.
Also, those who have bought a non-drinks package with us an order anything they like - not just whats on the curated list. That was a misunderstanding by our bar partner and has been rectified.
Thanks again, I'm going to chase up with are bar partners now to ensure that part of the process is cleaner.
