Salvatorre var en utmärkt reseguide och visade oss många saker men det här var tänkt att vara en mattur. Jag är en resebyrå och evenemangsplanerare och jag gjorde en mattur med dig 2014 och den här var hemsk. Jag säger detta eftersom vi förmodligen fick mat till ett värde av totalt 30 euro och du debiterar oss 200 € per person, jag bestrider detta med min AMEX och jag skulle vilja ha en kredit!

Milano mattur med armén ... fråga efter honom!

Vår guide, Army, var perfekt på alla sätt. Han delade massor av kunskap och vi fick verkligen en äkta smak av Milano och Italien på alla nivåer. Denna turné var en av höjdpunkterna på vår 12-dagars resa. Det var perfekt tempo. Army erbjuder också en pizza - matlagningskurs och jag önskar att vi hade haft tid att göra det också.

Vi gillade guiden, hon var vänlig och sympatisk men turnén var hemsk, turnén stämde inte med beskrivningen som nämndes vid bokningen. Vi hade turnén för 5 pm och fick 4 desserter 2 aptitretare och 1 glas vin. Du borde ha nämnt att det var en dessertturné. Mycket besviken över turnén kommer aldrig att göra igen eller rekommendera. Förlåt

Serena var fantastisk. Mycket tålamod också eftersom jag var på platsen först. Hon tog oss till ett område i Milano vi aldrig skulle ha sett. Hon var mycket tillmötesgående till vad vi alla gillade att äta. Vi gick till 5 olika restauranger/butiker och älskade att höra om områdets historia och maten var underbar. Vi var fyllda! Skulle starkt rekommendera.

Min dotter, man och jag hade en fantastisk mattur med "Armi" under vår senaste vistelse i Milano. Hans kunskap om staden och andra regioner och deras koppling till olika livsmedel var stor. Började med en fantastisk "street food" från Napoli till den fantastiska Toscana-gården med charkuteribrädor och specialkaffe och choklad och gelato, det var fantastiskt! Visst dyker upp hungrig! ! Vi tog min andra dotter som missade det tillbaka till gelatoplatsen efter. Och åt middag den kvällen på ett handgjort pastaställe som han hade rekommenderat i Brera. Var ett bra sätt att se staden också!

With all the COVID-generated craziness we booked everything at the last minute, including this tour. Armando contacted me within minutes of booking and explained that there needed to be more time to make arrangements at restaurants. Totally understandable! We tried to reschedule but out travel plans didn’t allow. Armando recommended canceling but it was inside of 24 hrs. He was able to meet at the time and took us to 5 different local places. Food was great and his commentary was very interesting! My recommendation would be to not show available slots or give warning of lead time needed. Would do it again if had more time.

We met our tour guide Armando who was very nice and personal. We stopped at 5 places and was able to visit the old town to. The tour was lovely but disappointed that it was only 5 stops and not 10. That was the description 10 stops.

We had a very good time in Milano during the tour. Serena was a great host who introduced us to a very nice part of Milano where we also made our 4 stops for the food. The money was definitely worth the trip. The local food was quite nice and it was great to learn more about Milano/Italy from a local. Finally, we were very pleased to do the tour with a German speaking host, which was unexpected but of great help for those of us who are not proficient in English. Thank you, Serena! Taste of Italy

A really great way to start a visit to Italy. We were joining a tour group later that day so decided to fill the day with this Milan food tour. Met Serena who introduced us to some of Milan's history and the architecture of the Brera district and then walked the narrow cobblestone streets. We stopped at a deli for a tray of prosciutto, salami, speck, cheeses, fruit, vegetables and a glass of wine. All of it very good. Then on to a gelato shop with choices of about 16 flavors. I had two types of chocolate - oh so very good - like fudge. If that wasn't enough then on to the canoli shop. Oh my - another chocolate delight. Because it was Easter Monday - a Holiday in Italy, many shops were closed including a chocolate shop we would have visited. The streets were full of people with children in strollers and their dogs out for casual strolls. Not in any hurry like Americans. I think we would have taken in more of the sites, except after an international flight we were ready to return to our hotel. We had a little trouble finding the meeting place, even though the address was clear. We asked directions of people we met along the way - they were so helpful, even using their phone to call Serena. Definitely would recommend this tour and Serena who was so delightful, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

Highly recommend this tour, a great introduction to the foods and culture of Italy. Our tour guide Serena was simply wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and took us to places that made us feel like locals. Charcuterie, chocolate, granita, regional specialities and the best canolo ever canolli to us in the States. What a great start to our time in Itlay.

The food tour was really nice. We not only traveled to various cafes/restaurants that offer some of Milan's best pizzas and canolis, but we also went to over-looked attractions that other tours simply miss. Definitely recommended for small groups. Se did a great job!
