Fantastic Monument Valley Tour with Dineh Bekeyah

It was all so memorable I cannot pick a favourite moment. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly and the views were so magnificent. The 4x4 ride was comfortable and fun, so glad we didn’t drive our own car as we would have missed so much while trying to negotiate the road bumps and being lower than the raised 4x4 seats. Ok, maybe the favourite moment was sitting on Spirit the horse at John Ford Point. Just Wow! Our guide packed so much into an hour and a half. A tour is a must-do and I thoroughly recommend this one by Dineh Bekeyah. You will love every moment.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience! The guide we had was very knowledgeable about all of the monuments and even snapped a few pictures for us. The only thing was I didn't remember that they are on mountain time...my fault for not reading my info from Viator...

Our driver was on time, very friendly and provided a wealth of information on Monument Valley. Don't drive yourself -- a tour is the best way to see the main attractions and some off-road areas too. Definitely recommend this tour.

Touring Monument Valley was an incredibly special experience. Our guide, Elvis, made us laugh, gave us photography tips as a photographer himself, and brought us to tears with his solo on a homemade flute, the sound bouncing off towering rock. Cannot recommend this tour enough.

The trip was wonderful. Monument valley is awesome. We preferred short trip so we took 1.5hr. Our tour guide Lee was very informative and nice. Apart from experiencing Monument valley, we also felt like we got to know about Navajo Culture little bit. Lee also was very courteous to take awesome photos for us from his professional camera. He also showed us some of fav spots to take photos which came great. The tour vehicle was closed one which worked great for us as it was cold from winter. I would definitely recommend this tour package.

Our guide Lee was super nice, he was knowledgeable and made sure we got the best photos in each stop. Fantastic views. The drive would surely have been challenging for my own car and I'm glad I didn't attempt it.

Great guide, took the hassle out of driving the rough roads so we could just enjoy the scenery. The guide was accomodating in stopping for photos when we asked, and the small group was ideal! Monument Valley is absolutely stunning - great experience overall!

Ros met us at the View Hotel, there were 12 of us in the comfortable jeep and she had plenty of cold water for those who hadn't got any with them. Our tour took us into the valley with stops at several well known view points including the Mittens, John Ford Point, Ear of the Wind and we also saw a demonstration of Navajo weaving in a traditional Hudson (home) Ros was a wealth of information and was in no hurry, we got back as sun was setting after a memorable couple of hours seeing amazing scenery and wildlife. Wouldn't have missed this!

Best part was this trip was pet friendly, so we could bring our golden retriever. I did have to lift her up into the bus. Also, just my wife, me and the dog on the tour. Lots of history of the Navajo nation, hard to remember it all. Driver was great taking pictures. I was hoping to get a little closer to some of the other monuments. Driver suggested going to see the Mexican hat, turned out to be a 22 mile drive for not very much. Still, would rather do the tour than drive my own car.

The guide, Joseph Nelson, gave us an excellent trip and his commentary brought the area to life, especially regarding his personal stories about the way of life of the natives as well as information about the filming in the Valley. An hour and a half was the perfect time.
