Jag hade min rundtur med Faiz som var reseguiden, han var mycket vänlig och visade stark kunskap om historien om Taj Mahal, Agra fort och Mini Taj. HAN var mycket hjälpsam genom turnén. Jag njöt också av min tur med Faruk som var mycket hjälpsam och fick oss in och ut i tid. Jag rekommenderar detta team för din nästa turné.

Turnén var en mycket bra upplevelse. Vår förare var fantastisk genom den galna trafiken. Vår reseledare Bilan var mycket kunnig och gjorde vår resa problemfri. Taj Mahal var bortom vacker. Älskade vår lunch och sidostopp till kakel- och mattbutikerna. Mycket informativ om traditionellt hantverk

Absolutely amazing experience

First of all, driver drives safely, stop by at a nice and clean service center. Then picked up Azhar guide in Agra. Azhar is a fantastic, warmly, knowledgeable guide, who would go extra mile to provide the best service and experiences. Skipped the line as planned, finding perfect spot for photo and video is a bonus, explain the history stories in detail. Also, nice arrangement for lunch to save valuable time so that we can spent more time in the Taj and fort. If I were to choose again, no doubt Azhar is the name.

My tour guide, Shakir did a fantastic job. He gave us interesting facts about the history of Agra and was super knowledgeable. I felt at ease throughout the entire tour. He also helped us take beautiful photos for memories. High recommendable!

Driver Raj & Guide Shakir were 5 stars! We started at 7:30 am & were able to see it all & get back to our hotel at 8 pm. They were friendly & knowledgeable & Shakir was a great photographer who gave us some great memories. Highly recommend this day tour.

Enjoyable visit to the Taj Mahal

Pickup from New Delhi was on time, and the driver negotiated his way through the awful India traffic and fog safely. We met our guide at Agra, who proved to be a fountain of information about the sites and answered all our (many) questions. He managed the situation of the lingering mist well, getting us to the best photo points late in our visit when the mist was least dense. The Taj Mahal was head and shoulders above the other monuments we visited in India; a wonderful sight. Agra Fort was very interesting, making up for our inability to visit the similar (the guide said) Red Fort in Delhi (closed for Republic Day practice). The traffic and my many questions meant we couldn’t get to Little Taj before it closed - but that was a minor add-on. We had an excellent time, thanks to the guide and driver. The day’s only hiccup was that the lunch provided at a major hotel was an awful experience due to the Indian Government’s decision to celebrate the opening of a new temple by punishing foreigners by denying them meat and alcohol for the day - but that of course was not our tour’s fault. Then back safely to Delhi to be dropped off by the car. Tip: think about timing. January was surprisingly cold and (I now know) mostly foggy. The guide said April is the right time, before it gets too hot.

Taj & Agra Fort Tour

Initially we had issues with flight delays and weren’t able to make the agreed date. Pioneer were so accommodating with rescheduling, and picking us up from a different location. It was an easy transition and we had a lovely driver Ajay, who kept us safe and stopped every time someone needed to use the restroom or get a snack. Our tour guide Hyder Ali was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Also an amazing photographer too, managing the crowds to make sure we were happy with all of our pictures. Overall the whole day was seamless, being three young ladies we felt safe, would definitely recommend them to anyone travelling to see the Taj and Agra Fort.

It was a long drive but worth it! My driver and guide were excellent, cordial, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour. I went solo and felt safe and looked after the entire time.

Our guide, Rafeeq, is hands down the best I’ve ever had! His attention to detail and thoughtfulness are truly remarkable. Whether delving into historical insights or explaining the intricacies of the walls’ stones, he’s impressively thorough. On top of that, Rafeeq is a stellar photographer, capturing countless pictures with a knack for unique angles that avoid the typical tourist shots. As a female traveler, Rafeeq’s guidance provided a strong sense of security. I wholeheartedly recommend Rafeeq to anyone planning a visit to Agra!

A wonderful tour around Agra with Nabeel and Yogesh. They were so prompt and accommodating. Nabeel was incredibly knowledgeable about the sites we went to, provided us flexibility with our itinerary, and was such a wonderful presence.

Ali the driver and Islam the tour guide were wonderful. Both friendly easy going and accomadating. The drive was 3.5hrs but felt as Ali was very cautious. The tour was great learning the history and Islam made it smooth by handling all the tickets and taking wonderful photos for us. Travelling with kids was made easy by the flexibility of the tour we didn't see the baby Taj as the kids were tired and the buffet lunch at Marriott was delicious. Thank you for a great day

Once in a lifetime experience

We had a memorable visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with Abdul (our driver) and Faizan (our guide). From the time we booked the tour, the communication and guidance we received from the tour company was most helpful, especially for a family with young children. Our driver and guide were both very accommodating and tried their best to ensure our safety and comfort. Faizan's stories were so mesmerising that we could almost picture in our minds the Mughal courts at the height of its glory. It was a very special, once in a lifetime experience.

We had a nice experience visiting Taj Mahal with Faizal. We didn’t have to wait at the line, although it was quite busy. Faizal is knowledgeable about the history of Taj Mahal and answered all our questions. Great tour for a nice price!!

Taj Mahal and the other sites are beautiful and a must-see when in Delhi. But you already know that. I'm wiring because I want to highlight the service of Pioneer Holidays which was excellent in every way! I booked the tour the night before the trip and they very quickly connected me with a driver (Vishal) and guide (Azad) who were both just perfect, kind and knowledgable. I also really appreciated that they didn't ask about any tips (which I couldn't give because I was very low on cash). Conclusion: Book the tour!
