We had an absolutely delightful experience at BTL. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable about wines and explained the process so well, making the tasting informative and enjoyable. The selection of wines was diverse and paired well with the cheeses and meat in the charcuterie board they provided. I especially appreciated the insights into the winemaking process and the attention to detail that goes into crafting each bottle. Overall, it was a memorable and educational visit, and I can’t wait to return for another tasting adventure. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Gord was a hoot and a lot of fun. Thanks Gord!!! The charcuterie board was a lot bigger and better then I thought it would be, we couldn’t even finish it.

Our Server, Paula was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the wine's that we tasted, she made our day that afternoon. Very friendly and happy to serve us. The Charcuterie Board was very filling, we ended up cancelling our lunch plans because we were no longer hungry after our wine tasting. We were lucky enough to have a not so busy day for the winery, and were able to take our time and really enjoy the experience . Thank you again to all the BTL staff, and again, Paula. Thank you so much.

Me and my husband visited between the vines yesterday and had an amazing experience. Erica was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend
Waste of time don’t bother

I have used Viator many times and this is the first time I was very disappointed. This was a total waste of time and money. We got a guide who said he was only working there for about a week. He didn’t know much at all about the wines. He gave us no information about the winery either. When I complained the woman I complained to was rude and not helpful.

A great experience, fantastic wines and even better staff. You will learn a lot about the Canadian winery history. A must go. Paula took care of us and it was great!! She took the time to teach us about the wines, introduce us to new wine flavors and guide us to the innovations that the winery is doing. The experience was divine!!

Short Stay in Niagara

We booked the BTL Winery tour as we were only staying in Niagara Falls for one night. The winery was decorated for Christmas, and was beautiful. We were very surprised at the size of the charcuterie board and the number of wine samples we experienced. Our server was terrific. I wish I knew her name and I'd add it. Thank you!
