The are very terrible don’t book with them. They keep cancelling & blaming weather and they won’t refund your money back. It’s a scam a totally rip off.

What a memorable experience! The sightseeing was great and the team did an amazing job at making everyone feel comfortable. We were previously rescheduled due to the weather (needs good weather to operate) which was completely understandable but it was worth the wait. They even provided alternative tour options to best accommodate. We are so happy and will be returning

Im expect good experience reserve a trip for my birthday and you guys cancel the trip night before at my birthday… the guys say because is bad weather and I coming out shoping to Niagaras and is a great day I can’t understand why cancel … anyway I’m not recommend pay for this trip and you guys take more that 10 days and my refund is not pay already after 11 days thanks for nothing

Thank you for your review. We have done more than 6000 flights and the winds that day were unsafe to fly and we were not going compromise safety. The refund was processed and took less than the 10 business days. Your review is unwarranted despite our best efforts to satisfy you

Flight was on time. Smooth take off and landing. Beautiful views. Super fun experience. Thank you so much. The extra fees were a suprise. Additional 100 for gas and such. Would have been nice to know sooner.

Do this before experiencing the falls on the boat

Its a 20 min flight 2 mins over the falls. Mau have been able to see them better if i sat on the right side of the plane. Thought we might be able to communicate with pilot given the headphones we were offered but it was just for the noise cancellation function. Pilot was texting as we descended and prepared to land… that made me nervous. Also make sure to bring cash or be prepared to give card details on the phone not everything is paid for up front.

This is a real scandal, IflyTOTO cancelled ourflight 1:30 hours in advance due to the high wind while on the pickup point on the AirPort every one was telling us the weather was beautiful to fly. Our 2 childeren where really disappointed. I demand a refund!!!

Never went, they rescheduled once. They tried to reschedule a second time due to weather but we were only there for a short amount of time and they said they still keep the money. We told them our circumstance and they still kept a partial deposit.

Thank you for your review. As we stated we don’t offer refunds due to weather as we incur significant preparation costs (slot, flight plan, weight and balance, filing etc..) for the flight even before flying. You have have the opportunity to transfer the flight or take it within the year.

Miss organized and we booked for three and provide everyone weight and paid. Then we was there they are like we can’t take 3 people and asked to pay one more person to do 2 trip. It’s terrible experience. Plane is really old and no much space for it. One thing is pilot is really good and friendly person.

Thank you for your review. You were three people and you provided us with false weights when you made the booking. After you checked in, our pilot wanted to double check your weights (we are very safety minded) where he weighed you and put you on the scale and the three of you were almost 100 lbs over. This is when we told you we have to do two flights. We gave you the option of one flight of two but you wanted all three passengers to fly and our min is two per flight. For accommodating your additional flight we had to delay our schedule. Your review is dishonest and not reflective of the ALL the efforts we did to accommodate when you clearly misrepresented your weight. We will not be deterred from being safe at the risk of getting a bad review.

Scammers and liars I don’t recommend for any one because I had bad experience with them and reschedule my trips twice but when I go there no was there and when I tried to call them no one answer after 3 hours I touched with someone and refuse to refunds me.

Ghizlane we called you and left you two messages to inform you of the rescheduling of the flight due the thundershowers and low clouds. It is unfortunate that you gave us a wrong number where we could not reach you as we explained to you. Your pressure to get us to fly was not warranted as it was not safe at all because of the convective activity. We don’t give refunds due to weather as we still incur significant costs even if we don’t fly in preparation of it. Your characterization of our business is incredibly misplaced and originates from lack of understanding. With more than 6000 flights since 2017, our terms and conditions and clearly stated and hopefully next time you will have a better appreciation of how regulated flying is. We would be happy to reschedule you for another day as long as you abide by the safety regulations.
