Pilot was a no show. Left us waiting in the airport for two hours. Left four messages on their contact number/ no response over the two hour time. This was my husband’s bucket list; we flew in from California for this experience.
The pilot didn't show up and there was no communication of a cancellation.

The pilot who I am told is named Ian did not show up. As a result my friends whom I had purchased this for showed up to the airport and found that teir pilot was a no show. They double checked if their tickets were valid and they were so they attempted to contact customer service and were unable to connect with someone. This is a very unreliable activity. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, never got to go on the flight. Flight was cancelled due to missing plane parts day before trip. Still haven't received the refund we were promised.

My friends and i was looking forward to our airplane tour last june 18th But it was cancelled . Tried to reach out aviator numbers and leave tons of voicemail but no one responded. They emailed me that i will get a full refund but until now i havent seen the refunded money. Such a disappointment.

My boyfriend loves planes so this was a no-brainer. (+) The price was fair considering it was 30 minutes AND the people were so nice. (+) The chocolates and drink were a nice touch! (-) My only recommendation, we couldn't hear each other through the headphones. We could only hear the pilot, but not each other. The people were so nice though we didn't want to tell them.

This was a great tour with some great views of Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. The tour guide and pilot were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and have been flying for a long time. I did experience some motion sickness, but it was very windy on the day of our flight.

For the booking we are asked our weight. Figured extension belts would be in place due to this but were unavailable. Since belt couldn't be fastened therefore wife couldn't go. I didn't feel right going by myself since it was part of my wife's 50th birthday present. So we both didn't go.

The view was abolutely gorgeous. The staff handling our flight were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint we had is the ear phones were not working but it didn't matter as we truly enjoyed the sites...

See the Falls from sky

This is a must do on the list when you come to visit Niagara Falls. The view from the sky is amazing. I came at the right season. The surrounding area is so colourful. You don’t just get to see the Falls, but the canals and lakes. Ian is so knowledgeable and the information on the history that he shares with me has made this tour to the next level.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Ohmygod I don’t think I’ve ever experienced worse customer service in my entire lifetime. First off, on the day of our booking we got to the airport around 15 minutes early and then they told us they can’t fly because the weather is bad (understandable) yet they said they’ve been notifying people for the past hour so it would have been nice to be notified before we wasted all our gas. We rescheduled for the next day, the weather was perfect. However on the takeoff the door OPENED making it completely unsafe so we didn’t get to fly. No backup airplanes no nothing. We left with no flights. We asked politely for a refund. We didn’t get it. I called a month later asking for it back and he said he forgot they will do it. Still nothing. I finally angrily called because they put us through hell. He gave me plenty of attitude and kept laughing and told me to complain to the government. I said ok I will. They said the weather wasn’t their fault. I told them but the door breaking was. He said they would never believe me. THIS GUY IS SOOOO FUNNY BECAUSE I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE DOOR BREAKING TWICE. Worst experience of my whole life. I wish I didn’t waste so much time.

Very unprofessional how do you not mention the hst fee before ended up paying almost double the price on the day. You should mention this when people are doing the booking and let them decide whether they want to go through with it.

Totally awesome!! Can't say enough about the friendliness of the owner, pilot, and entire flight! This is worth the trip and you'll have to experience it for yourself. We highly recommend it (not for faint of heart..small plane).

We had a wonderful flight and the team at the airport was amazing. However, the Viator ad was misleading. It said it covered fees that we were charged for at the airport. The trip cost double what the Viator ticket cost. For three people, that is very pricey and disappointing. It was a once in a lifetime bucket list trip so we went forward with the flight.
