Experiencing the Falls on a Maid of the Mist cruise. Also, the magnificent views and other sites such as Cave of the Winds. The entire family from Grand dad(81) , son and daughter in law(44) and 2 grand kids(14 & 8) all of us thoroughly enjoyed the Niagara Falls experience.

Great tour overall, the guide picks you up at the hotel, drives you to each attraction, gets your tickets for you and gives you a short explanation of what you're about to do/see and how wet you will get. There was a small glitch regarding the timing, the description on Viatour stated we would be picked up at 8:30 am for a 9 am tour. We planned our travel around this timing. I received a text the evening before that we would be picked up at 9:30 am. I then received a phone call that we would be picked up at 10:30 am. because it wasn't a super busy day for entry to all the attractions, we made up the time and were able to stay on our schedule somewhat. I would still 100% recommend this tour!

We loved the hurricane winds and the Maid of the Mist voyage. Our tour guide, Jimmy Stahl, was wonderful and even recommended a super restaurant near our hotel. We had a great time!

The tours were great! Our whole family loved it from my 9 year old up to my parents in their 70’s. The tour guides were friendly and had lots of great knowledge! We would totally book another tour with the same tour guides.

Overpriced chauffeur experience

This tour is crap!!! If I had known with this was some overpriced chauffeur experience I wouldn’t have done this. If I did this myself it would’ve cost us 228.00, 114 for maid of the midst and 84.00 for caves of the winds plus 30.00 for parking. Since we had to drive and park, we still paid 30 for self parking. I am so disappointed in this tour, if you are absolutely lazy and just don’t want to purchase your tickets and have someone else do it, while your still going through the motions with them then this is for you. I’m so mad right now, even after giving myself a day to get over it. I spent 617.00 for my family of four, I only splurged on this because we were pre celebrating my son’s 17 on the 17th golden birthday. I could’ve spent that type of money for a single helicopter ride and still paid less than this mess. First let me start with the fact that when I placed this, Viator had it listed where they could pick us up on the Canadian side at our hotel but when the confirmation link came in, it wouldn’t let me select our hotel so I called See Sight Tours and they said we had to go to the American side for the tour. Anyhoo. We met with tour guide and went first to the maid of the mist tour, we waited in the same line as everyone else with the guide to get our tickets and he walked us as far as he could before he had to leave. We were left to wait in a sea of people and took us 2 hours to get through the entire thing. Next up the Cave of the Winds - again he gets the tickets, thank goodness no line, before he took us around to look at goat island and the bridal falls before taking us back to meet our 6:00 entry into cave, which took 1.5 hours to get through again after waiting with the masses. All together it took 5 hours from the 4 hours listed in the description, making us barely make our dinner reservations that evening. I’m still trying to figure out what the hell they meant by *Small-group tour is limited to 7 passengers for a more personalized experience WHAT PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE????? By definition a personalized experience is: A tailored experience, treating customers with unique preferences rather than part of a general audience. Our tour guide spoke a max of 10 sentences the entire tour and we finally got a/c on the 2nd and last leg of tour. *the actual places we visited were nice just overcrowded but I’m basing this review on the tour experience and not the venue.

The driver certainly made himself available on both phone calls and texting. It was breathtaking to see Niagara Falls from the bottom /platforms, and on the Maid of the Mist tour boat. Surprised how close we got, and how long we stayed there! Certainly couldn’t get away from the lines on the weekend. Do your best to go on the weekdays?

Fabulous tour and adventure

It started with a courtesy call from our wonderful tour guide Said, the day before our trip. Pick up was on time, and our adventure began. We met him after each tour and gave us history at each stop. It's definitely a convenient tour. We beat the rush by getting the 9am tour. This tour gets you in and out of each stop quickly, don't pay for parking for each spot, tickets are included and our tour van was a nice Mercedes Benz van that was roomy, comfy and clean. But you can't beat the convenience either. Said also gave is his recommendations and how we could get around town, sightseeing, food, and the fireworks show.

Such a great time! Our tour guide Sahid was very friendly, answered all our questions, and helped us to know exactly what was to happen and when. He got all our tickets for us and organized everything so we could spend our time enjoying the different destinations on this tour and not have to worry about the details. We had so much fun, it was almost like being at an amusement park. All the different views of the falls were so unique and beautiful, and seeing the gorgeous, fully formed and vivid rainbow was fantastic! Sahid was very knowledgeable and even gave us tips on seeing the Falls later that evening from the Canadian side, as well as recommendations for great places to eat and how to best see the fireworks. My senior parents, my husband, two adult children and I had a wonderful and memorable time…even better than we expected. I highly recommend this tour… the tour included riding in a high-end minivan with just our family and Sahid to help guide us and keep us on track for the whole tour. This was definitely worth the extra cost!
