The Maid of the Mist was a great way to end our weekend after watching the Buffalo Bills win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This trip was definitely a bucket list check off. I highly recommend it. Five stars! The tour guide, Jacob was phenomenal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was all amazing and wonderful. Guide was great, fun and entertaining. Highly recommend. A little confusing at the Hard Rock Cafe to find which group you're supposed to be with.

These people are liars. They lied to us and forced us to buy tickets and told us we couldn’t buy tickets on site. Do not trust them!!!!!!! It’s a scam. When we got to the site the tickets were 66% cheaper and everybody said they lie to their customers all the time!

The most memorable moment of this trip was the mist coming from the falls. We also witnessed two rainbows coming from the waterfall.

Excellent tour! Very organized and lots of fun. Wheelchair accessible, but quite a bit of walking. You will get your steps in for the day! So beautiful and wonderful to see the power of God in its glory!

Your price was double vs gate ticket! Can't say I'll use your service again, Thank you but no thx! The "guided" tour poor, unorganized, people everywhere couldn't hear host's, one speaking over the other with inadequate sound device. It was an experience!

Its called a guided tour for a reason. Next time you may want to read the description, and we are very proud of the product we put out and as the ratings show most people read the description and understand what they are getting. When you choose to come to Niagara Falls on a busy holiday yes there will be alot of people...

Very informative, and nothing but great views on this tour we were lucky enough to have an awesome tour guide sherry, made the tour fun with alot to learn , do recommend anyone to take tour u won't regret

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Great family fun. My kids are 2 and 4 and they enjoyed it as well.

Paul and Mitch were great tour guides. They knew the tricks to get us through the line faster, told us the best place to be on boat, offered some wonderful narration and stories and took great pictures of us. Paul was lead guide as Mitch was in training, but Mitch made sure none of us got lost. We chose to go with a tour though you can totally do Maid of Mist on you own for these very reasons. We have enjoyed other viator tours and had discount bucks to use. It was also a busy holiday weekend and the crowds were crazy.
