They cancelled on me without notifying me in time.

The tour was cancelled and none one in my group that day was notified. We called after waiting for over 30 minutes and finally was told no one would show.

Our tour guide was Kawika Carlson and he was amazing! Throughout the entire tour he talked to us a little bit about culture, agriculture, and gave us some fun facts about Hawaii. There’s maps throughout the trial and he gave us a nice background about each island displayed on the maps. He also provided us with locally grown fruits and bananas and pineapple and ensured we had water and bug spray, absolutely 10/10! The trial itself was beautiful! So much nature views and the star of the show (the waterfall) was absolutely wonderful!
David was an informative guide who made it so much more enjoyable

David was an excellent and informative guide. We enjoyed learning about the fauna, the history of the area and as a bonus we loved having his baby with us. Definitely recommend this hike with a guide - you get so much more out of the experience.

Learning about the history of the Manoa waterfall. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to visit the waterfall.

It was a great walk. The guide was very knowledgeable about the waterfall, the trees, vegetation and the birds of the area. He was also very kind! The path is all small rocks-so it’s best to have shoes with a thick sole. It was also a little slippery and muddy. But it wasn’t too difficult . There wasn’t a lot of water running down the falls-but it was still very beautiful. I would recommend this hike.

It was my first time taking a hike and I was a little apprehensive at first but I am so excited I did it ! It was a little tough with some of the inclines but well WORTH IT at the end !!!! The waterfall at the end was MAGICAL !!! We had the best time with Rolf- He brought snacks and waters- and super knowledgeable on other things to do around our hotel and throughout Waikiki! Would definitely do it again!
