The music and show were absolutely awesome! I especially enjoyed the part towards the end when the performers included the audience in the dance. It was so much fun! I highly recommend this cruise. 😊

Was a great experience Raymond the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Just make sure you verify and double check where to depart from because the emails on viator app were conflicting with another email specifically departure location. We were told to wait outside the Hyatt regency from Viator meanwhile another email was saying to meet outside a church in the same area. It turns out we had to leave from the church location not the Hyatt regency .Make sure you double check where the bus departs from and definitely go ahead of time otherwise you will miss the bus. The bus leaves 7am it was never late. Otherwise it was a good experience

Rough waters and waste of $j

Well we were in the front of the boat on the second floor and the boat was rocking before we left port. It continued to rock that it was difficult to walk around ship. Within 30 minutes 3 of the 5 of us were vomiting over board. Asked waitress if this was normal and she said it was odd to NOT get sick. Really?? The 3 of us couldn't eat anything and asked if we could bring food home and were told nope cause they don't do food inspections since they are out in the ocean so we couldn't bring food off ship. That explains roaches we saw in elevator. I would never waste a dime doing this cruise because the staff were not friendly and the waters were unforgiving.

If you want a lovely view of the the Star of Honolulu leaving the pier then sign up here!! Ticket AND email says to be there at 5:30 yet thats when the boat LEAVES the pier. No heads up anywhere mentioning be there sooner or "check in" by time etc. (Email detail photos are of the one only email recieved mentioning remotely ANYTHING about the event but had the audacity to send me 4 unrelated marketing emails instead). You would think living here you would be met with some kind of better service or yknow ," Aloha" since this is supposed to be one of the pride nd joy experiences of hawaii yet the Viator team AND the star of Honolulu met me with nasty attitudes over the phone the instant i asked for a refund of a event that i DID NOT get to experience. Take it from me folks, the star of Honolulu looks absolutely beautiful driving away from the pier! The angle on the sunlight as it reflects off the stern of the ship really sets the mood for the night.

Dinner wasn't the greatest, the lobster was over cooked and the tenderloin was too red to eat. My Husband didn't eat anything, that wasn't good for the price we paid. All the shows and the finale at the end with YMCA were Awesome.

Wonferful meal, average service response times (i.e: dirty dishes sat on table for extended time & when asked for some hot water it was delayed two times and forgotten all together another time). Also, the entertainment and enjoying fireworks from the water was great.
