Beautiful Lei reasonable price and met us on arrival and on time at airport. Be prepared they meet at baggage claim not at gate.

NEVER USE VIATOR FOR A LEI GREETING

I ordered a Lei Greeting for my daughter and her new husband. Viator changed her Arrival Flight Number, according to the Lei Company this happens all the time. They just saw the origin of the flight and pick a flight that arrives from that city. While they gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, and will NEVER USE THRM AGAIN

I didn't receive instructions at a meeting point. Called twice to ask where do we meet?? Then we finally saw the guy he had ZERO personality, no Aloha, no Good Morning. Didn’t apologize for making us wait almost 30 minutes. Just placed the Lei’s and walked away. Who hired this person??

Beautiful real floral lei and Hawaiian greeting. The representative also took pictures for us of our family with our leis on. Highly recommend for a nice Hawaiian welcome and lei souvenir.
