    Sonny , our guide on the Upper Antelope is great! He gave us educational information about antelopes and tips on photos. Mariah drove us on all of our tours is very pleasant and gave us information about the town and tour. Reliable communication and very organized itinerary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you so much!

    Incredible light rays and scenery in the upper canyon….free air conditioning too…we had an awesome tour guide too who shared some great historical tales!!!! Horseshoe bend was beautiful and great hike too!!! Water accessibility would be a recommendation for the hike to the bend!

    We had a real rough start but a great nature experience! Our tour company did not call us the night before almost forgot our reservation booking, did not call to confirm 45 minutes before our schedule pick up time lol!! And Viator could not give me the correct phone number to reach out... BUT! Everything did work out eventually! AND we had a great shock and awe time!!! AMAZING!! SPECTACULAR!! Thanks to Kyran "Roaming Navajo" guide and Naris our lower canyon guide!!!

    I had wished to visit Antelope Canyon for over 5 years. Finally, I came to visit with my two friends with this package. We thought it was expensive, but it was worth visiting once! I had booked two for $638 and added one more for a discount for $294. We were so excited when we finally made it there. We thought it would be a very good experience! However, we ended up very disappointed. We only got to visit one sight, and the whole trip felt rushed. When we tried to take some pictures, the guide hurried us, saying the other tour was coming. I asked the tour guide and showed him what I booked, asking if this was finished. He said yes, and if we wanted to go to Horseshoe Bend, we could drive across. He also told me, "This is what you get when you book with a third party:)" As for your additional thoughts: "If you don't like people booking through any travel agency, you shouldn't offer it! I came back and tried to call VIATOR to complain and ask for at least half of my money back because I only visited one sight. The agent told me they had to call the company, and the next day I got an email saying they refused to make the adjustment. I called Viator again two more times, but they had no reply until I called my card company to dispute the charge. Finally, they replied and asked why I disputed the charge! Now they have rejected the refund on my card again. The trip was supposed to be 4-5 hours, but instead, I only experienced 1-2 hours of it. I JUST WANT TO TELL EVERYONE THIS TOUR IS NOT WORTH BOOKING.

    Seeing the brilliant sunbeams and the swirls on the walls of the canyon was awesome. The weather was perfect. This was one of the best experiences ever.

    Our guide was amazing! We went with a small group of 7 - our family of 5 plus a young couple. Jessica was our guide. She was very knowledgeable and the best part was that she was incredible with a camera phone - kept taking our phones and handing them back with the most incredible family portraits in the canyon! She paced our tour between other groups so that our photos were very private even though the canyon was very busy that day.

    I made a reservation for 3 members in the family for either Upper or Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, but Viator and its partner (Roaming Navajo) pushed me thru a different tour, neither Upper or Lower Antelope, but still charged me full price. All, ensure you receive what you pay for. Do not let Viator or their partner change your reservation.

    Payed dearly for your tour and your company didn’t deliver the service that was promised. We’ve booked antilope canyon and you changed it for us without asking us. I have requested for a refund or compensation and your company refused.

    The Lower antelope and horse shoe bend was great and the experience of the two was breathtaking. What upset me is that I paid for upper AND lower antelope with horse shoe bend. They only gave us the tour of lower antelope and horseshoe bend tour. The weather was great to do all 3. I paid $230 each person and it wasn’t worth the cost. I felt I got robbed. It’s best just to pay for one event at a time instead of the company lying about going to all 3 events.

    If you want to visit the antelope canyon book your tickets just for that . If you have a car you can get around easily to the horseshoe bend, the Dam and lake Powell everything is located within few miles . Do not pay for this trip we was overcharged for something we could have done ourself for the total price of $400 versus $957 that we paid . We had 45 min total to walk to the horseshoe and back and we didn’t got to enjoy it at all . I do not recommend this trip at all you will waste your money

    Beautiful, beautiful and beautiful. It was not what I expected but ended up being more than expected. Breathtaking views and a great experience. Only advice for someone who has back issues or sciatica as I do, the incline of the tour can be a little tough. I choose this one because the lower one would have been too much for me with the narrow walkways and stairs.

    My friend and I did the upper canyon tour. The upper canyon, antelope canyon and the dam were all great places to visit. The driver we had going to each place had a great opportunity to engage us with history or any tidbits about her culture or what we were there to see, and yet she chose to just drive! I would have expected more since we could have easily have done all three on are own for less $$.
