I arrived safely to my destinations, and my drivers were on time. My return driver did a good job and spoke some English. He was a nice man, and I was happy with his service. Conversely, I hope that my pick up from the airport service was unusual for this company because it did not meet the description on the website at all. I was unsure if the man who came to pick me up even worked for the chauffeur service. We had to call the company because the driver spoke no English and he and I didn't know at all what the other was saying. He walked very slowly and seemed to be enjoying some inside joke. This company should train well, hire at least partially bi-lingual drivers, and the drivers should make their clients feel at ease. I won't go into the details of why I didn't feel that way because I mean no harm to my original driver, but suffice it to say, it was not what the website described. I paid hundreds of dollars to reduce stress and have a professional experienced driver, and I could have just gotten a random taxi for my first experience with this company. I am still giving them a decent star review because the woman on the phone tried to make up for it, and I hope they learned from my situation that they need to improve; otherwise their advertising is grossly exaggerated. I would not use this company again.

Well worth the money

We were very nervous landing in Paris but as soon as we got out of the airport we were meet by our driver with a sign with my name on it. The driver contacted us the day before going home to let us know what time he would be picking us and he arrived right on time.

Paris airport transfer

Value of this is having dedicated pick up. On arrival had a few challenges connecting with driver as our flight was early but all worked out. On departure driver was waiting for us at hotel as planned and had communicated plan when we booked so that was great. Van for four people was very comfortable. Tour was $320 and probably a $200-$225 cost to Uber or cab each way in case considering the value of the service.
