Min fru och jag tyckte om Hop - on - off bussar medan vi var i Philadelphia, PA. Mycket kunnig personal, ofta stopp, mycket trevlig.

Good for the family- covers a lot

We had 8 people on our party, including a 7 and 9 year old. We all enjoyed and learned a lot from the narration. The staff both on and off the bus was helpful and kind. We took advantage of the hop on, hop off feature, and this worked at most stops. However, we ended waiting 40 minutes at one stop and started walking the route. We ended up finding staff on route a few stops away and they updated us on when next bus would come. I’m wondering if lunch time affected what was supposed to be 25 minutes between buses. This extra waiting is the only thing preventing a 5 star rating, other than this frustrating wait, we had a great time, learned and saw a lot of Philadelphia history.

AWESOME experience, they even waited on me. The ride was so informative, they are really good at explaining things as we go by historic sites. I highly recommend this tour for your travel plans.

Uncle Bruce was very friendly and informative. We went exploring after the first revolution and ended at the Reading Terminal Street Market to hop on. Called and got instructions for hop on to Rodin. Then as we waited for LYFT to hotel, Brucie came by and made sure we didn’t a ride on the circuit again. Empressive!

Really enjoyed Eastern State Penitentiary. Bus tour was very nice. I like that you can hop off at any stop and another bus will come very 20mins. The bus seats are a bit tight on the smaller side. At times the bus got extremely crowded.

Can’t beat the experience when going to a new city. Guides were knowledgable and the sights were the highlights you’d want to see. Do it early on your trip so you get familiar with the city.

We waited at several different location for up to 30 minutes and never saw a bus. We have used this company in other cities and never had an issue. We spent close to $100 in Uber fees to get from place to place

The Tour guides and bus drivers were outstanding but the experience wasn’t that great as long as you stayed on the bus you were good but when you hopped off you could spend 45minutes to an hour waiting for a bus. I always do these tours in every city I go to and this one was not the best.

I've done big bus tours in other cities and this one was not great. They sped through the tour so quickly that you didn't really get to see the sights unless you were at a designated stop. The live tour guide was nice and fairly interesting. And just FYI this tour and the red double decker bus are the same tour under different names. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't spend the money.

The driver Will and the beautiful young lady was fantastic! So knowable! Would definitely do it again when we come back!! Seating was a little tight! We didn’t get time to hop on and hop off because it took us over an hour to figure out where to go and where to park! But just to see the great historical sites was great! Looking forward to doing it again!

very bad experience..Unkind drivers I bought my visit with this company and it was the other company who made me the tour..around the city ... I was presented with the inconvenience that I lost my car keys and they were totally indifferent to my concern while the other company attended to me asking themselves to find out if by chance among their colleagues someone gave them a lost key

Rainy day ride not so good

Unfortunately it was a rainy day and the upper deck really couldn’t be used. The red buses had enough room for most everyone but the brown buses are tiny in the bottom section. They also have a wrap over the windows which makes it very hard to see out. Do not use the Big Bus If you plan to sit in the lower section as you cannot see. Also unfortunately in the particular Big Bus that we were in the speakers were very scratchy and it was tough for us to understand the commentator read We’ve used a number of bus tours and this was only fair
