Din morgon börjar med hämtning från ditt hotell i Phuket och transfer till Rassada Pier. Njut av lätta förfriskningar samtidigt som du får en säkerhetsgenomgång, gå sedan ombord på motorbåten och njut av landskapet på vägen till Phi Phi-öarna.

Fantastisk turné!

Personalen var helt fantastisk! Alla var så vänliga och informativa om alla öarna. Phi Phi-turnén var helt fantastisk och personalen hjälpte till att göra upplevelsen ännu roligare! Resan hade massor av variation och lunchbuffén hade massor av matalternativ och de gjorde ett boende för mina föräldrar som är vegetarianer. En riktigt bra upplevelse!

Jag skulle ge 0 stjärnor. Personalen på båten försökte stålsätta från oss och öppnade våra privata väskor när vi gick till havet och snorklade. Har redan klagat två gånger hos researrangören och älskar Andaman, men ingen reaktion. Var försiktig och lämna inget bakom dig eller lita på de leende. Jag kunde inte njuta av resan och ytterligare resor på min resa efter denna upplevelse.

Dear Lars Leykauff, We have looked into your complaint and found that it was a misunderstanding as the staff tried to move some of the luggage and remove the life jackets from the aisle. You haven't lost anything, and no one has tried to rob you. In any case, the boatmen who worked that day are suspended from work. You should have complained immediately to the guide or captain to resolve this misunderstanding, but unfortunately you did not. We are very sorry that this travel experience was unsuccessful and we wish you only successful travels in the future.

Incredible day but hidden costs to be wary of

An incredible way to see Koh Phi Phi, an amazing experience and I would highly recommend taking a day to do this! Just one thing to be wary of, is the hidden costs that are not mentioned on here. You have the national park entrance fee which is mentioned but if you want to enjoy the day to the fullest, make sure to bring an extra 6000 baht to be covered. To use the long tail boat (so so so worth it) - it’s another 2000 baht. If you want to do scuba diving (we didn’t as not enough cash), it’s again 2000 baht, we got told we had to buy swimming shoes, which were another 350 baht each and just a note to bring a towel as they are another 450 baht each. So before we even got on the boat we had spent another 3600 baht. We didn’t mind spending the money but a heads up on the app would have been nice, we could have easily not brought money as lunch and equipment was included. Then right at the end when you get off the boat, they have this cute plates with individual pictures of you for another 200 baht. We would have loved one but had no money left due to having to buy the shoes etc. Jenny and her team were amazing but we were only able to tip 40 baht as this was all we had left. (They deserved so much more)

Good trip, good lunch, and plenty of cold water and soft drinks on the boat. However, the boat was very cramped - they fill it to max max max capacity with people, so you’re sitting tight shoulder to shoulder with strangers in very hot weather, so it’s not too pleasant. The life jackets get in the way as well, as there isn’t any free space to put them. The boat rides are also quite long (1 hour out, 1 hour back), but the tour company can’t really control that. Some stops (Maya Bay and Monkey Beach) should be skipped as they’re just photo op places crowded with people. Monkey Beach is just a few minute pit stop where only the people seated at the front of the boat (5 people max.) can see the one singular money on the cliffside (you don’t get off the boat at this brief stop). Maya Bay is way over crowded with the washroom lineups being long (especially for the women), which takes up a lot of your time at this stop. The snorkelling was really cool though - we really enjoyed the snorkel stop at Phi Phi and the swimming/beach stop at Bamboo Island.

A fun day trip to PhiPhi

Au and his buddies (Sun, Porche and 2 others) were amazing. They make the entire trip fun, safe, interesting and most importantly treating you like a family. Au was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. We have been on several tours through Viator, this is by far the BEST! Viator is just the middle agent to the local guide and it's boat operation.

Great family day out. Friendly and funny guides who gave us great tips and knowledgeable about the areas we went to. Stunning scenery which needs to be seen. It is a full day out, leaving hotel at 7 to return at 5. Snorkeling was a highlight.

Organised, but overcrowded.

We started our day being picked up by a mini-bus. The driver was a little late so he was a little rushed when driving us there. I think it's best that all of our safety are top priority even if we were running a bit late. We got to a meeting area at the pier or dock where we registered our presence. I think we were supposed to be listening to a run down of the days schedule, but the building was so crowded that we just sat outside near the door to listen to what's said. We hopped onto the speedboat by 9 or 930am. I believe there were supposed to be light refreshments in the morning, but we didn't get any. I could be wrong. The things that were provided to us through the day are: 1. Water and coca cola during speedboat ride 2. Tamarind biscuits 3. Sea sick medicine (pick it up from morning counter before departure) Our first stop was Phi Phi Island and we were dropped there to swim around a little. At this island, the tour will offer you an additional option to go on a Long Boat Ride. 2000 baht per long boat, I believe. You can share with another couple or book a private one. The Long Boat experience is great if you want instagram pictures or a tour around the giant standing rocks. The tour company should explicitly state that if customers choose to go on the Long Boat experience, they will be missing out on their time for swimming around Phi Phi Island. We stopped at a lunch buffet after and it served 4 dishes, a few sides, fruits and water. The variety was limited but food tasted excellent! We were able to roam around on this island, where we found a dispensary so there's that, if anyone is wondering... We then went snorkelling for 30 minutes at another island, but it felt more like 20. Just the time taken to transition from activity and then back to boat. We then visited Monkey Island (where we weren't able to disembark for some reason). It was our luck, there was only 1 monkey hanging off the tree branch. I read other reviews and it seems that other customers had the same experience - not being able to disembark to go onto the island... I guess it's best to assume that this experience will only visit Monkey Island. After that, we passed by a local tourist island that was like a pit stop for late-lunch. Lots of food and drink stalls. Beach chairs were to rent. I recommend bringing a beach towel to sit and enjoy the view. Might be a bit sunny. Overall, the schedule was organised and the amount of time in water was fair for someone who doesnt love water activities (1 hour swimming at Phi Phi, 30 mins snorkelling). If you love water activities, you might find the trip a bit rushed. As for the tour guide crew, they were very thoughtful and nice. Our main host Jenny was very helpful to take photos of us and hold onto our phones while we were swimming around in the water! A few things that the operating company shoulder consider: 1. Sun safety: The tour is clearly overbooked. There is a sheltered area and unsheltered area on the speedboat. The tour company should only book enough customers to fit in the cool and sheltered area and leave the outside area as optional for photos and view. The poor people who sat at the front of the speedboat was sadly assigned that seat for the rest of the trip. This means sitting in the sun for a total of: 1 hour + 40 mins + 15mins and so on... I think they sat in the sun for up to 3 hours because there was no more space inside. Unfortunately, these people also missed out on the information and whole-group conversation with our tour guide Jenny because they were outside. It's unacceptable and disappointing, because even the tour guides knew to sit inside and stay out of the sun... yet it seemed okay for customers to sit outside in the sun for hours?? 2. Tipping: At the end of our day, the tour guide crew went around with a jar to collect tips. I think it somewhat puts public pressure onto us to tip. They should have announced that the tip jar will be left at x location if we would like to tip. I thought that that was a low blow. My tips if you go on this tour: 1. Eat breakfast! 2. Bring a toilet roll (no toilets visited throughout the day had toilet paper) 3. Bring sun screen and a hat 4. Try to secure a spot inside the speedboat, if you can.. book a tour that has a bigger boat. Some boats had full shelter and more space to move around. 5. Bring a beach towel to sit on

Not a very good excursion it was very unorganized and the water where they took us to snorkeling was smacking the boat everywhere so it was impossible to snorkel Also the Russian tour guide was ignorant and was loud ! In all my experience was not what I expected as we have done many tours in are travels!
