Our English speaking guide was wonderful amd so knowledgeable about the area! The only disappointing part is that the ruins were closed because of a holiday.

The guide was amazing, I started in Puebla and it was not as busy but in Cholula there were a lot of people. The guide was great about waiting for people and just making sure that everybody was there, which I was a little worried about beforehand. If you buy through Viator, it is not an exact company here in Mexico but if you go to the Puebla Visitor Center it really is pretty easy.

Magical tour

This is a nice day trip to see Cholula by trolley. It stops in 5-6 churches but our favorite is San Francisco de Acatepec. You will have enough time to shop and visit the Basilica

Amazing Puebla to Cholula Experience!

Wow! For the price it doesn’t get any better! Basically you meet near the zocalo and a representative takes you to the bus. The bus I got was a really beautiful wooden tram bus. They drive you on This open space bus and along the way give you an audio tour of the places you are traveling through on the way to Cholula. Once in Cholula try take your to these beautiful churches and give you around 15-20 min at each church to shop and take a peek at the church. Then they drop you off at the main park where you can either go to the archeological site or shop around and visit more beautiful churches. Highly recommend this amazing tour!

Todo es muy ilustrativo y de aprendizaje. Los lugares visitados son muy bonitos y de gran historia el tiempo es adecuado el transporte es cómodo y todo el recorrido se disfruta. Lo único que no se visita y es importante estando en Cholula es la zona arqueológica pudede sugerirse y que cada pasajero decida si la visita o no es un lugar muy bonito

Pésimo servicio

Nos fusionaron con otra empresa porque éramos muy pocos, solo nos dieron una hora en las Pirámides y habrían media hora después de nuestra llegada. No cumplieron con los horarios establecidos.

De antemano le ofrecemos una disculpa por el cambio que nos vimos obligados a hacer debido a que una de nuestras unidades tuvo un problema con el sonido y buscamos la mejor solución para ustedes para que no perdieran el tour y pudieran tener la experiencia completa. Desafortunadamente, rara vez la zona arqueológica llega a cambiar el horario de apertura, lo cual no depende de nosotros. Los horarios oficiales es de 10:00 am a 17:30 horas. El tour en el que los cambiamos salió a las 12 del día por lo que la zona arqueológica debió ya de estar abierta. Le ofrecemos una disculpa por el inconveniente.
