Amazing off road adventure

This ATV adventure was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to an adventurous and exciting time. The pick up from the resort was very smooth. Our Driver and guide were on time. Our guide Marilyn(sorry if I misspelled) did a great job of telling us about various landmarks in the city. The ATV ride itself was a nice mix of off road, on road action. Even the stop in town at the souvenir shop was appreciated.

This experience was a 10/10. Daniel was our pickup driver and he was so nice to my group. I would do this again. The atv company was also amazing. They were all so nice and considerate.
Super exciting fast moving ATV ride. First time on an ATV for my girlfriend and she loved it.

The whole tour was great! We rode through River Banks with water and mud and through small towns to see the way people live in the villages, stopped at a store and had local tastes of coffee and the signature alcohol drink of the island. they feed you when you get back, but I did not eat scared of the local food in this poor country. Every other American was raving about the wonderful food.

So much fun! The leader of the tour was amazing and he did a great job with making sure everyone stayed together. He was very patient with those who weren’t following direction's. Lunch was really good! The ladies did a great job cooking. Thank you🙂

The ATV Tour was great - the ATV's were well maintained and the guys who ran the program were great! Highly recommend, really fun. Definitely go in the pool afterwards.

LOVED SWIMMING IN THE POOL AND JUMPING OFF THE HIGH DOCK! The ATV experience was so great and way cheaper than the tours offered through the cruise. The staff was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we got back to our ship on time!

This excursion was lots of fun! Ocity was our guide. He was great! He took many pictures and videos with our camera so we have lots of memories to look back on. We went in December, which was the rainy season so there was lots of mud puddles and not a lot of dust. The trails were awesome. Luckily my husband and I rode double, so I got to just go along for the ride and enjoy it! The ATV's were automatic and very comfortable. I would recommend to everyone! Ask for Ocity!!!

It was the best experience. We rode for roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours. We saw amazing scenery like rivers, beaches and farmlands. Pro tip bring something to cover your mouth and/or face. The dust and dirt will blow in your face. Wear some sort of eye protection, glasses did not help me or my companions, so you might want to use goggles. Other than that you do not have to be experienced, but if you need someone to take over for you they have extra personnel on the ride.

The staff were nice and attentive. The brochure makes the tour look fun and exciting.we thought we would tour the beach and other beautiful areas on the island but we only toured the local neighborhoods. Most of the tour was in the woods,and neighborhoods and we were suppose to zip line and we didn't do that as mentioned. So we wouldn't go back. It's was our first time.

Dear Kelvin, Thank you for sharing your review. We upload our products with the upmost care to ensure that the descriptions match the actual experience. A short time ago we’ve updated our ATV description, as we upgraded our 250cc ATV’s to more modern 300cc ATV’s. When doing that, Viator’s/TripAdvisor’s quality content team checked and re-wrote the tour descriptions published by us. Unfortunately, the quality content team did not involve us in that process and did not verify the content with us before publishing it. The actual tour description created by us for the ATV Adventure is: “After picking you up, we will drive to Country World Adventure Park. After the meet and greet at our country house bar, we will introduce you to your ATV Four-Wheeler. They are very comfortable Quads for one (1) or two (2) passengers. Driving off-road you will get in deep touch with the Dominican countryside, the nature, and the daily life of the inhabitants. Experience this adventure in a unique way. This is not your regular dust road tour! The actual ATV driving duration is 1:30h approx.. Back to the Ranch, don't miss out on our Pool Zip Line. The only way to finish is taking the plunge into the swimming pool. Still up for more? Join us for a walk through our tropical garden to learn about exotic plants and animals.” However, the content team re-wrote it with misleading and incorrect information (like mentioning that zip lines are included, when only a pool zip line is part of this excursion and mentioned in our description): “Enjoy a half-day visit to Country World Adventure Park during this small-group excursion, which includes a four-wheeler tour. Explore the countryside, getting off-road access in a rugged ATV for either solo passengers or pairs. Other highlights include an on-site swimming pool, zip lines, and a tropical botanical garden. A half-day, small-group ATV tour at Country World Adventure Park Relax with front-door pickup and drop-off from your hotel accommodation Explore the Dominican countryside in a rugged quad one or two-seater Enjoy an on-site pool, zip lines, and garden, with water and tea/coffee included. About 3 years ago our tours used to include a stop at a beach from which customers may have uploaded pictures. Howerver, this is not part of our excursion anymore. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the misleading description. We will reach out to Viator to make sure the correct information is uploaded, and we will deactivate the bookings for this tour in the meantime. If you are ever back to Puerto Plata please reach out to us. We’d like to make it up to you.

The hospitality was amazing but the ATV adventure was only 90 minutes not 3-4 hours as advertised and we did not go to the beach which was something we were looking forward too. Maybe the tour is different daily and we just went on an off day? Not sure but everyone was very nice.

Dear Jessica Mendez, Thanks for sharing your review. Upon checking your reservation, we could verify that you've booked this tour directly through Viator. When booking an excursion through Viator/TripAdvisor you are provided with important information like, overview, what's included and excluded and what to expect on this tour. It clearly says under "What to expect" that the actual ATV driving duration is 1:30h approx.. The overall tour duration with round trip transportation and if you choose to jump into the pool or visit the garden is 3-4 hours. Please note that we do not advertise any beach ATV tours anywhere. Maybe you've read a tour description from another ATV tour provider and thought that all tours go along the same paths. We're sorry that this tour was not what you have expected but it seems unfair receiving a 3 star review even though all correct information was provided upfront before you booked this tour.
Harder than it looks but fun!

This was our first time on ATV’s and bc I prone to being clumsy I had to really pay attention when driving. Our guide explained the features and gave us a practice run. It was really fun, I felt like we were going to tip over a few times but thank God we didn’t! Our teens enjoyed it truly was fun! One other thing we didn’t get muddy like I thought.
