Excellent tour and our guide was exceptional. He was very helpful and friendly and we didn’t just see the sites but also learned the history. Also, our drivers was great. He always helped us in and out of the van and was very attentive to the roads and traffic.

The tours was great. My tour guide, Joel, was very patient to me. He’s not rushing me. He wanted to make every part of the itinerary very satisfying and memorable for first time visitors like me. He drove me to the Boulevard to see some local beach spots and where locals go for relaxation. Overall, top notch for the purpose of seeing and driving around the city of Puerto Plata. Highly recommended company for this tour.

Our tour guide and driver were great! They gave so much info and made sure we stuck together. One person wanted to go back to purchase something she had seen he said wait here stepped out yelled to someone down the street and the time was brought to her so he could make sure she was safe and not taken advantage of. 100% recommend Edwin tours.

In The short amount of time we were in Port, we got to see everything we wanted to which includes the umbrella Street pinks, freed the fort, wrong tasting chocolate tasting, etc.

The cable car 🚡 excursion to the Natural Mountain was exceptional but there is an additional charge of $10 per person. I enjoyed the walk through the Puerto Plata town, in particular the street of umbrellas. However, I could have done without the shopping. I would have rather taken more time at the hystorical sites, in particular the fort. Our guide was very pleasant.

While Puerto Plata is a small city, there is indeed a lot to see and to experience. The visit to the Rum factory and Chocolate shop were excellent, the umbrela street and pink street are buetiful. Our guide and driver are very helpful and did a great job.

We booked our Puerto Plato city tour through Edwin Tours. Edwin gave us a private tour which afforded us the opportunity to see the unique historical parts of Puerto Plato. He is very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The city is beautiful and the people are nice. I will recommend this tour company to anyone that is thinking about doing a city tour. You will be very pleased!
