De lo contrario el operator iniciará el curso del tour con los grupos presenterar. La puntualidad es importante, pues llegadas luego de la hora del comienzo de el tour, el mismo será considerado como un "no show" y la reservación se cancela automáticamente..
No se emitirán reembolsos si se pierde la excursión / actividad debido a la llegada tardía o no del crucero.

El dirigenten debe presenterar una licencia de conducir valida.
Una tarjeta de crédito será requerida al momento de el tour en caso de cualquier daño al vehiculo.
Cliente es responsable de cualquier daño emitido al vehículo o deltagare durante su uso.
Inga snabba hastigheter, stötar, snabba eller snabba svängar eller racing tillåts.
Deltagarna deben seguir instrucciones de el guía turístico en todo momento.
Clientes intoxicados por alcohol o alguna otra sustancia que evite el uso apropiado de el vehículo, no podrán participar de el tour y no se emitirá ningún tipo de reembolso.
Extra förare har en extra avgift på $25 p/p.

Waste of your time

Based on positive reviews, we were very excited for this excursion. However, we felt like we only drove for 15-20 minutes max on regular roads and a tiny bit of off roads which had a million cars parked along the way. We also made unnecessary long stops like the restaurant and we all just “sat” there awkwardly for 35 mins to “pass” time to make us hit the 2 hour mark while the tour guides just sat on their phones. We just sat there way longer than we should have and they do that to stall so you don’t get to drive around as long! Wish I would have read the negative reviews first before booking this company.

Being my first time in Puerto Rico, this was hands down the most beautiful beach tour I have ever seen in my life. Although the day began with a lot of rain, when we arrived at the point where we switch seats, I never had so much fun riding a UTV. The guide we had was very good at teaching us more about the rural area we drove through and let us enjoy the AMAZING view of the island. This tour is too unforgettable to not experience and I advocate for it !!

Awesome Tour

Kevin DeJesus was our tour guide and he made the experience so laid back! It was raining when we first left the mall however it cleared up fairly quickly but Kevin drove well and then when it was time for me to take over as driver he was relaxed; and answered all our quirky questions and was so personable! The stop for food and drinks was a plus. Don’t worry you are done driving at this point lol! I highly recommend and if you want a laid back tour guide and can make special requests ask for Kevin DeJesus.

Waste of time and money, you could have the same experience in a Prius.

Let’s start with the good, the tour guides were phenomenal. They were cool and easy to work with. The bad is that the total drive time you get is around 20min, the fastest you drive is 25-35mph on a paved road and 10-15 on an “off-road trail” that you will literally see Camrys and other sedans also driving on, meaning that the “off-road trail” is something you could take if you rent a Prius and you’d have a similar experience. Never even got to spool the turbo or kick up some dirt for a $300 SxS off-road adventure 10/10 would not recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. All are very important to us. It is extremely important to mention that in the description of our tour it is mentioned that it is a beach tour so you can enjoy the views and the Puerto Rican culture and it is offered between road and paths next to the coast of the beach. In addition, it is mentioned that accelerating the unit is not allowed and there is nothing related to extreme adventure. This tour is to enjoy the view and relax and a tour guide is assigned to make your experience enjoyable and pleasant. It is a guided tour, therefore, you have the opportunity to drive the Can Am vehicle on the route that we have established following the traffic rules established by the government of Puerto Rico. Another detail, of course there are cars, since they are roads adjacent to the beach.

Good for the UTV ride!

We enjoyed it for our first time. The tour guide was nice and very helpful. I just wished we were able to tour something worth seeing or learning about. We rode a trail along the beach so we mostly saw trees. The lunch spot could’ve been somewhere with a variety of cultured foods instead we stopped at 1 small shop.

WASTE OF MONEY

This was not worth the $500 for 2 UTV(s). We are a family of 5 so we had to rent 2 vehicles. A driver was assigned to each vehicle that drove us from the San Juan Mall to the Beach of Piñones. The driver allowed the adults to drive the dirt road which lastly roughly 15 mins until the next stop. We made one beach stop for less than 15 minutes. We drove back to the beach’s starting point which lastly 9 minutes on the same dirt road and ended the ride driving on the street. You stop at a local food stand and feel obligated to buy food. The ride from the San Juan Mall to the starting point at the beach was longer than the actual dirt trail. I DO NOT Recommend. Waste of money.

Thank you for your feedback, all opinions are very important to us. We are very sad your experience did not meet your expectations. This guided tour have a duration of 2 hours and some stops are made which are described in the itinerary profile before you booked and also they are explained by operator before to start the activity. The stop at the food kiosk is part of the tour, but the participants are not obligated to buy food if they don’t want to. The route is offered between road and sand trails on the side of the beach as it described in the itinerary.

All staff were very sweet, nice sittings, just didn’t do a lot for $300. I feel for $300 that we should be able to drive in sand for a while, have better, “stops,” and interact more in driving. Be able to speed etc. Can-ams are for off roading

In addition, according our records your arrival time was after the starting time, it is important to arrive on time to fully enjoy the reserved time. We loved our experience! Our tour guide was great. This is very good for people who want to explore Puerto Rico and try local food. We would definitely recommend and do it again. As a female, I would suggest wearing a sports outfit. It’s two stops to the beach but it’s less than 15mins. Expect to sweat and eat good. The tour was amazing!

Driving the UTV on the trails next to the beach was a lot of fun. Hike out on to the point from one of the beach stops was a great photo stop. Guide was friendly and helpful throughout.

The UTV was so much fun. Our tour girl was the best. We got to go through some trails and learned a lot about the scenery. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting puerto. It’s really a once and a lifetime experience.
