We regret the situation, but due to maintenance we had to close the zipline, but the other activities were available, the price was even reduced. Vår guide var väldigt oförskämd hela resan och erbjöd sig inte att hjälpa alls med vårt buggyproblem. Jag kom som ett par och det annonserades att två personer skulle dela en vagn, men vi var bokstavligen tvungna att dela en vagn med ett annat par och varken jag själv eller min partner fick köra. Både jag och det andra paret klagade på att vi ville ha vår egen eftersom det fanns en extra vagn och vi betalade för varje bilresa som annonserats, men reseguiden sa att vi antingen går ihop eller inte går alls och var extremt oförskämd och hänsynslös. . Jag är mycket missnöjd med den falska reklamen med barnvagnarna, den korta ridturen och den hasade safariklappningen. Vi ville åtminstone köpa våra bilder, men de flesta av dem blev suddiga eller så tittade vi inte på kameran, så vi har ingenting. Det bästa som fanns var zip-fodret. Bara suger bilderna som guiden tog var inte tydliga och vi kunde inte ta med våra telefoner så vi får inte behålla minnena

As all our visitors are informed (more than 200 daily), the buggies are for 4 people, since otherwise it would be impossible for everyone to enjoy all the activities, for this reason when a couple comes they get on with another behind them and when they return from tour they exchange positions. We have extra vehicles for emergencies or for some rescue, in the same way we regret that the explanations received by our guide were taken the wrong way, we assure you that it was not our intention. Our park is designed so that everyone can enjoy the activities with the highest level of safety possible, for this reason they are the times and routes. The photography staff is trained periodically and daily they take more than 3000 photos, which is why we would like to communicate with you via DM on the networks so that you can tell us the day you visited us, and see how you can have a pleasant memory. Min familj och jag hade en fantastisk upplevelse från början till slut. Personalen var trevlig och mycket professionell. Vår guide Junior var sååå trevlig och hjälpsam. Buggyn var riktigt roliga. Jag önskar bara att vi hade gjort det sist istället för först på grund av att vi blev riktigt smutsiga. Maten var fantastisk! Överlag fantastisk upplevelse. Gör en fantastisk utflyktsdag!

Denna turné dök inte upp på min upphämtningsplats. Har inte gjort något försök att ringa kunden. Jag var i telefon med Viator och den lokala turnén hela dagen och ändå hände ingen turné... önskar kunde ha varit en bättre kommunikation.

Vi hade en fantastisk tid på La Hacienda. Vi åkte med vår 6-åring och 15-åring, båda MYCKET modiga. Från ridning, till boogies och zip lining, vår familj hade en viskning. Värt upplevelsen!

This was so much fun, so much activities with the perfect amount of time to enjoy them all. Our tour guide Junior was super nice and I loved that he was there from pick up through all activities and drop off. I would highly recommend, carry glasses for buggies, a towel and change of clothes because it gets messy. Lunch is also include.

My family and I loved the experience. Our tour guide was excellent! Our favorite was the chair lift since we couldn’t zip line for various reasons. It would be nice if they notify guests that they need tennis shoes ahead of time. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

Our family had a great day out. Brilliant value for money. Even when we left a phone on the coach we managed to get it back the following day. Bring extra clothes and swim wear, the river was a nice surprise wish we had longer there. A must do if you are in the Dominican Republic. Kelsy was a lovely host, the lunch was lovely and the park was very clean and a well organised day. Even the pictures was great value for money and the price is dependant on how many people in your group. A must do!

Was an amazing experience..Everyone is very patient if you're a little nervous about any of the excursions..I was comfortable enough to ride the horse alone and even did ziplining for the 1st time at 57 years old..Definitely would recommend..

What a full day experience! On time pick up from Vista Sol. The entire pick up process with the various resorts. The transportation and vehicle was safe and clean. The in processing procedures was fast and easy. Thank you to our guide for handout our paperwork on the bus, we were able to complete before arrival to the park. The park attendants all were kind and professional. The overall safety of the clients were enforced and clear. Thank you La Hacienda for a great family day experience!

This excursion was hands down worth every penny! It was fun and exciting from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food was fabulous as well. The emolyees were also very friendly and helpful! We were a group of 12 with 5 children included. I have 0 complaints and would highly recommend this excursions to anyone.
