Had a great time. Definitely should have picked one of the earlier start times as we just ended up waiting out turn to start after everyone who was already there. Otherwise awesome experience.

Wow ..what a great time..our guide was awesome..Moses(?). Very informative and friendly. Drove us to zip lining and Sloth excursion. He did an awesome job.🏆

Very disappointed as we spent 3-4 hours in line waiting to get called to zip line, never got to go to any beaches, but were glad to see the animals.

It was a really wonderfull expirience! The guys at the zipline was very nice and absolutly sweet with our daughter (5 years old). Yes, it s a little bit sad to see how the animals live and how they had to go from hand to hand, but the girl love it to hold the sloth and touch the monkey. Our driver was very friendly. There were some Teens that treat our daughter like a little sister, that was really cute. Generally the people are very very friendly. But the Best of All was the beach! Never saw such a beautiful place. We really fell in love with roatan and would like to come back for a longer stay.

Good day zip lining but maybe skip the rest

ZIP lining was terrific!! Monkeys and sloths very crowded animals were in smaller cages and lots of people going in and out. Unless you have kids or you are dead set on holding a cute sloth I would skip this part. The beach break was just okay. The water was beautiful and the sun was warm. The driver took us to a “private beach” at the Argentinian grill at West Bay, cost us$15 each for a sun lounger, umbrella, and access to the shower and bathrooms. I don’t think this was specifically mentioned in the tour notes. The food and drinks were excellent and fairly priced.The beach was very congested and noisy, four rows of loungers between us and the water and little room to between or through the rows. Consequently people bumping and stumbling over us many times.

We loved our excursion today with the sloths Monkeys and toucans !! Zip lining was the best!! The staff was incredible!! Thank you for making our experience so much fun and entertaining!! Our family loved our adventure today !!!

We had a great time! They were able to accommodate our large group of 23 and all ages enjoyed it. The zip lines were fun and we got to hold the sloths 🦥 It was a wonderful excursion.

A must do when visiting Roatan

One of the best excursions we have ever booked. Meeting point was directly outside the cruise port. Our driver Shem was amazing. Had no idea we would be getting a private car/tour guide included. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible time. Zip lining was intense. Plenty of different platforms that keep you moving. Animal encounter afterwards was one of the highlights of our trip. Plenty of time to handle and take pictures with the sloths, monkeys and various birds. Shem took us a beach club after where we enjoyed some great local beers and incredible seafood. Very glad we booked this. Incredible value and an unforgettable time.

Was very easy to connect with the driver at the cruise port and the day was fantastic!! Zip line was fun and safe for the entire family. There was little to no waiting and the staff was super engaging. Seeing and holding the animals (especially the sloth) was really cool and then they took us to a beautiful beach with a restaurant, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Highly recommend!

The guy’s running the zip line were totally awesome! The service running everything had us wait for almost 2 hrs past our scheduled time to go so they could fill the vans with later schedules and then brought us back super early. We were out about 1/2 the time it estimated… bummer

Best excursion ever

Such a great day. (CabGot picked up from the Boat dock and had our driver all day. Not only did he take us to our excursion which was the high light of our trip, he also took us around d the island and stopped where we wanted for pics, food, etc. Would highly recommend (Zipline/Sloth encounter) all of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was our favorite excursion all vacation. The ziplining was a blast. The guides were alot of fun. They even took a bunch of pictures throughout which turned out amazing. After the ziplining was complete we went into the animal park and held monkeys, sloths, and birds. 10/10 would do this again

Driver was great but tour came up short

The driver was great for your tour however when we got to the zipline there was something up with our reservation which took 10 or 15 minutes to work out. What we learned was that this was a "new" zipline vendor and they only had 5 ziplines with a shorter wait compared to the 23 platforms that were advertised in the tour and did not have a rope bridge as mentioned at the time. While we liked the tour it was not what was expected from the tour description and left our kids disappointed in the ziplining portion of the tour..

BEWARE - long, hot and not well organized.

While the guide was nice, he was overwhelmed as were all the workers there. The animals were tired and exhausted and were miserable being passed from person to person - thousands of times. When we got there - we were told we wouldn't be able to do the zipline - the whole reason we were there. We did the animals first. Walked up a very steep incline/stairs -only to see butterflies. While pretty, weren't worth the trek up there. Then we got in the massive line to see/hold the animals. I did hold a bird but the monkey and the macaw - we were told they were tired of being held (rightfully so!). I skipped the sloth because by this time, I felt nothing but pity for these animals (I am not a crazy PETA person- but I do have compassion). After that, we waited in line for about a half hour to load an open bed truck and took it up to a VERY STEEP section to the top of the ziplines. There we waited 2 HOURS to be next. It was disorganized, and people were cutting in line and there was no order. I will say the guys working were working VERY HARD - but they way overbooked this excursion and there was no way that anyone enjoyed that experience. Beware - there were 20,000 cruisers on the island that day and there was no regulation by anyone to monitor how many tickets were sold for this excursion.

Such a fun excursion. Loved the zip lines but highlight was holding the sloth. Everyone was helpful and mice. A little chaotic, but seemed lie an organized chaos. Awesome deal for the price. I would recommend!!

Long hot day !

I have used Viator before and was extremely dissapointed in this one. First there was confussion as where to meet bus whish wasn't a bus but taxi. We ahd to pay a taxi to get to taxi..What is that? The zipline for 2 of us was good but the 2 that did not zip line were not told they could do zoo while waiting. The zoo was a joke! Then there was another confusion as to who was taking us to beach. Get to beach and told we had to pay another $20 to get a chair. Went done some alley to beach and there was no were to sit, very crowded. So we called taxi back and went back to cruise ship. What an expensive day for 2 people to zipline!

The zip line tour was awesome with our guides demonstrating many tricks and led by the very capable team leader Marvin. Afterwards we traveled across the island to beautiful West Bay Beach for an afternoon in the surf.

This was our first family cruise and onshore excursion. The guides were amazing! Really patient, fun and personable. Would highly recommend this excursion and would do this one again.

Highlight of our trip

Our tour guide/driver was very friendly and kind. He drove us several places around the island and asked us where we'd like to stop (shops, attractions, activities). The ziplines were a lot of fun. There were a variety of zipline lengths, but they were all fun and exciting. The staff did some tricks on the ziplines such as flips, going upside down, or spinning. They were courteous, friendly, and helpful. They even retrieved my hat that fell off as I went down the zipline. The area with the animals was better than I expected. I got to see spider monkeys, a kinkajou, coatis, and guinea pigs. I was able to hold capuchin monkeys, parrots, a macaw, and a sloth. They also had a butterfly house. Our guide/driver took us to the beach and he waited for us as we enjoyed the beautiful beach, swam, and saw some fish in the water.
