För gäster som bor på ön hämtar vi upp dig och returnerar dig till ditt boende. Se till att ge oss NAMN och PLATS (eller Airbnb- eller VRBO-webbplatsadress) där du bor! Roatan har två kryssningsfartygsterminaler -- Vänligen kolla nedan för mötesplats för din ankomstbrygga nedan: 1) Port of Roatan Cruise Terminal (NCL, RCI, MSC, etc.): När du lämnar ditt skepp, passera Shopping Plaza-butikerna. Ta höger vid toaletterna förbi butikerna och byggnaden som ligger runt byggnaden till Independent Tours bås. Leta efter Victor Bodden Tours Kiosk -- Du kommer att se våra VICTOR BODDEN TOURS-skyltar och uniformerade anställda vid Kiosk #1 i hamnens Independent Tours-område. En av våra representanter kommer att hälsa på dig i kiosken, hitta ditt namn på vår lista och presentera dig för din guide för dagen. 2) Mahogany Bay Cruise Center (Carnival, Princess, AIDA, Costa, Holland American, P&O, etc): När du lämnar ditt skepp kommer kunder på Local Independent Tours att krävas av Carnival Corporation att lämna sitt bryggområde genom grindarna och gå över backen till huvudvägen. Väl utanför grindarna och över kullen, leta efter våra representanter som håller VICTOR BODDEN-skyltar. En av våra representanter kommer att hälsa på dig, hitta ditt namn på vår lista och presentera dig för din guide för dagen. I slutet av din turnédag KAN vi släppa av dig till ingången till kajen...så du behöver bara göra den här långa promenaden enkelriktad, när du först anländer. a. När du väl är utanför kryssningsanläggningen, leta efter VICTOR BODDEN TOURS-skyltarna och tröjorna!! b. Hamnchefen för Mahogany Bay Cruise Center har förhandlat med Taxi Association på plats för att tillhandahålla transporter, om så krävs, till Independent Tours mötesområde. Se Taxisändaren (i Green Mahogany Bay-tröjan) för att ordna så att din grupp kan använda denna tjänst -- berätta för dem att du behöver pendelservicen till Victor Bodden Tours på andra sidan kullen. Eller, om du hellre vill, kan du fortfarande gå över kullen (cirka 350 meter) till det angivna området.

Our guide was the absolute best. Wonderfully exciting !, we saw things Princess would have never shown us. We spent our time getting to know the real locals, customs and foods. Everything worked like clockwork and back on board as promised. We weren't herded around like sheep with little to no time to really enjoy our vacation. LOVED OUR TOUR GUIDE ! WE WILL DEFINITELY USE VIATOR IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMEND VIATOR AS PRIMO NUMBER 1.

Charlie was a great guide. She was wonderful. I got to hold my sloth and we rode the 4 wheelers. We had a great time.

We booked a private tour of Roatan through victor bodden tours and it was fabulous. Charlene was our driver and was so knowledgeable and such a great person to show us all around the island. She took us to the 3 places we wanted to see and showed us some other places along the way. We went to the iguana farm, the monkey, sloth and parrot sanctuary and then to a beach. We took excellent photos but I could not upload them because they over over 10 mb. Definitely use this tour company above any others. We were on a cruise and she was waiting for us at the pier whenever we got off the boat. Then she was sure to get us back on time. Best tour of our entire vacation.

While it took us a little while to find where to meet the driver (user error LOL) once we did the day was fantastic! Kenia took us all over the island and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. The Sloths, monkeys and other animals made for a fabulous day!

This was a great tour. Calvin, our tour guide, asked us what we wanted to see. Then he planned out our day to get to all the places so we would avoid the crowds of when other group tours would be there. We could spend as much or as little time at each spot. He even stopped for us at the local grocery store to pick up some local beer. A private tour is the way to go and Calvin was a fantastic guide. HIGHLY recommend Bodden.

There were none, we were expected to have a customized trip! Not just driving around the bad island, we were expected to either zip line, parasaling or beach and none of that happened! So
upset and would like a refund for this misguided tour!

This day was one of the BEST days of our cruise! We had six in our group, and Ben was our private tour guide for the day. He helped us have so much fun! Although we were unable to participate in parasailing, which was our #1 activity, because of too much wind, we engaged in many other activities that were phenomenal. First, we went on the ziplining and animal sanctuary tour, where we were each able to hug a cute, sweet sloth--HIGHLIGHT of the trip! You need to wear a hat when in the macaw cage, though, or your scalp with get a bit pinched when the bird lands on your head. I loved having the cute monkey on my shoulder as well. We were able to go down plenty of ziplines, and a professional photographer snapped shots all along the way. (I think we ended up having 238 pictures from which to choose!) A tour guide even showed us how to zip down one of the lines upside down--what a thrill!! The cost of being able to download our photos (through an email link) was quite reasonable. I recommend going first thing when you arrive on the island; we did, and we were able to get right in and have lots of personal attention. Then Ben took us to the beach where we were able to have a glass-bottomed boat tour to see lots of fish and coral. I loved the way we actually sat in the bottom of the boat with windows all around. We were able to see turtles, stingrays, lots of fish...and even people who were scuba diving. :-) (This boat is much better than boats with just a piece of glass on the deck that you have to look through.) Then we went jet skiing instead of parasailing. Wear your sunglasses because the salty ocean water spray in the eyes doesn't feel very good!! Be aware lots of vendors will approach you on the beach trying to sell you something. I really appreciated that this tour is customizable--Ben took us exactly where we wanted to go and patiently waited as we engaged in the activities. He was knowledgeable about the island and answered all our questions. He got us back to the ship in time for us to embark. Our group consisted of ages 29-65 years old, and we all had a wonderfully exciting day in Roatan, Honduras!!

This excursion was my family's favorite.
I did some research on things to do and see in Roatan and decided on the following:
Zip-lining
Monkey, sloth sanctuary
Lunch at Happy Harry's
Chocolate "factory"
Cigar shop
Rum shop
The zip-lining ($45 per person) and animal sanctuary (free with purchase of zip-lining) was GREAT! We had three guides for zip-lining and had a blast! It lasted about 45 minutes. Bring a GoPro if you have one. Be prepared to tip up to three people and go upside down at least once!
I read that the slothes aren't very active in the afternoon. We were the last group for the day and were still able to hug a couple slothes, interact with monkeys and see other exotic animals. Be prepared to tip an additional guide for this portion of the excursion (40-minutes).
We ate at Happy Harry's which is on the West End and on the water. On nice days you can swim there! The food and drinks were great, but pricy.
We hit up some local shops on the way back. Be sure to get some coconut rum cake!
Our driver, Tex, was friendly and helpful.

Overall, the tour was designed how I wanted it, but there were some issues with the pricing of certain activities. The tour guide was kind and knowledgeable but a bit disorganized. The spots I was taken to for food were not that good, and it seemed like I was steered away from better places because maybe the tour guide knew someone from other inferior restaurants.
The transportation was air-conditioned, but I was concerned that the tour guide was not vigilant about locking the door between stops, especially since I had all my belongings in the back in plain view. I had to ask a couple of times for the guide to close the door. She mentioned that I had nothing to worry about, and people in Honduras do not steal. Be that as it may, as a foreigner, I expect the guide to exercise discretion regarding customers' belongings. In the end, I did end up doing a lot of things, but I am not sure it was worth the hassle plus I felt rushed.

Sorry your did not enjoy your tour day with us. Our guides to their best to do/see what our private tour guests request. Food/Drinks are "up to you" and I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the place that you selected. Luckily, we don't have the crime problems experienced elsewhere, but am sorry you felt unsafe during your tour. We hope you can come back and enjoy Roatan more in the future. thanks agian. VB

Went to see the sloths and the Monkeys which was very good. Guide gave us a tour around and informed us of some of the history ....Mr Martinez (sorry forgot his first name ) was excellent . Highly recommend as trip was excellent from pick up to drop off
