hello, we got your review and I was wondering why a guide should have to meet you there at the Borghese Gallery if you bough a skip the line ticket and not a guided service.
As I can see your ticket has been sent to you on March 27th so more then 1 month prior the visit.
We didn't receive a call from you but from the Viator customer care who called us on your behalf. We provided again your voucher to the customer care even if it was already sent to you.
