the value you got for paying more is have the chance to visit the Borghese Gallery even if you couldn't find the availability on your own. And I think that this is a big value. Otherwise, all the great collection of works you are speaking about would have been just a desire for you.
We buy tickets in advice, paying more then a normal client at the borgese Gallery and risking to don't sell all oìtickets we have. Behind the delivery of a ticket there is the job of not only one person of our staff. So we feel the price for this service correct.
What I feel incorrect is that you decided to buy our ticket, you had the service you booked and at the end you complain us.....
