Utmärkt rundtur i Palantin Hill, Forum Romanum och Colosseum

Vi hade en utmärkt tid på vår rundtur i Palantin Hill, Forum Romanum och Colosseum. Våra 2 reseguider träffade oss i tid vid Konstantinbågen som arrangerat. Vi hade valt alternativet självguidad tur, så guiderna gav oss öronproppar och hjälpte oss att ladda ner en app som innehöll turnéinformationen. Eftersom turnén var lång var den uppdelad i 3 delar: 1 gata Hill och Forum i cirka 2 timmar, 1 timmes lunchrast, träffas sedan vid Arch för instruktioner om Colosseum-turen. Våra guider gav oss också bakgrundsinformation och svarade på frågor om platserna innan våra turer. Båda damerna var mycket trevliga, professionella och kundservicefokuserade. De var ivriga att dela med sig av sin kunskap om webbplatserna och ville se till att vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse, vilket vi gjorde! Denna turné var underbar och överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar! Jag rekommenderar starkt dina tjänster och berömmer dina guider för deras höga kvalitet och engagemang! Tack! !

Min fru och jag hade tagit en rundtur i Colosseum och antika Rom tidigare och eftersom vi inte kunde komma ihåg den exakta turnéverksamheten valde vi den här eftersom den på pappret verkade vara som den vi gjorde tidigare. Vi registrerade oss för denna liknande turné ENDAST för att den här gången hade vi vår vuxna son och en av hans vänner. Vi trodde att det skulle bli guidad som vår tidigare turné, men det var det inte. Vid mötesplatsen blev vi tillsagda att ladda ner en app på våra telefoner för att lyssna på ljud istället för att ha en riktig liveguide för att berätta om historien. Allt den här turnén gjorde var att ge oss en distanserad "värd" för att leda oss in i Colosseum och sedan låta oss göra något eget. Detta var helt olik vår första gång när vi hade reseguider genom både Colosseum OCH Forum Romanum. Denna turné gav bara en guide för den senare och även om hon var okej, verkade nivån av passion lite off. Till hennes försvar måste jag dock erkänna att det måste vara ganska jobbigt att upprepa din historia varje dag för de många turisterna. Summan av kardemumman och takeaway för mig var att inte alla turer är skapade lika och den här missade målet.

Boka biljetten på det här sättet, där du har en guide som ger dig en karta, berättar om turnéns detaljer och hur du flyttar från Colosseum till Palentine Hill, och forumet var fantastiskt. De var så snälla, hjälpsamma med mina frågor, gav mig en karta och hjälpte mig att ladda ner deras app för information och ledde mig direkt till linjen. Definitivt värt de extra pengarna för sinnesro.

Enda bra del var att vi inte behövde vänta i kö för biljetter. Jag skulle inte rekommendera att använda Viator - det finns gott om 3:e parts turnéföretag där ute.

We would like to clarify two points : first on the initial voucher when booking, it’s written the full experience description You had booked entry tickets with an audio guide and the host gave you intro and went with you till the entrance You had the service you paid for. At this point we would like to mention that : you had communicated with our staff on the day of your visit and it was clear that you were expecting a guided tour experience We apologize for any inconvenience but it has nothing to do with viator if you didn’t read your reservation carefully However it would appear as though this 2 stars review was posted unfairly, Viator and our company are committed to give each customer an excellent service based on what he/she booked . Host was not hosting at all. All self guided through listening on app on phone. Didn’t stipulate to bring own ear/headphones to listen on on booking details clearly Could only see part of colosseum levels. Very poor experience and I have had a tour before here which was unforgettable whereas this I would rather forget about

Really disappointed with this purchase, didn't get support from the operator, just send me tickets and left me at the entrance, weather was terrible and I asked to cancel, but she said there is no cancellation for this. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Sadly I cannot recommend this tour. The "self guided" app was poor, and it was hard to navigate the colosseum/forum etc in an order that made sense. It felt like we got very little for the extra they are charging on top of regular tickets. I would recommend paying extra for a guided tour that is more interactive and informative.

You had the service you booked: a skip the line , an audio guide and a host who helped you finding your way around .the extra charges include taxes ,commissions,and the service provision at the meeting point. We invite you to join one of our semi private tours with a licensed guide to get more information, instead of A.I. audio guide .

We are deeply sorry to learn that you have not been satisfied with your visit to the colosseum. But we need to clarify some issues : Our experience is specially dedicated to people who don’t like being in guided tours and those who choose the economic way to visit the monument. On the reservation it is clearly mentioned that it s a self guided visit You booked a ticket for the colosseum and the Ancient Rome at 13.30 You had it in time You had an audio guide about the colosseum and the Ancient Rome. The hosts were there ,they waited for you to finish your snacks. Time was running out. The host gave you a small introduction and some tips to find your way around,and went with you till the entrance of the colosseum you did not line up You had a skip the option . You had the service you booked .

Great Self Guided Audio Tour

Great visit. Very easy to find the rep who explained access and locations and provided a map. Also said they would be there for a few hours for other meetings if we needed to return and ask questions (don’t forget you need some formal identification to get in where they match name to ticket). Rep took us to the fast track entrance and showed us how to access self guided audio tour which was great. Would advise a break between Colosseum and the Hill and Forum as it would be very long session. Hill and Forum access was for 24 hours so could easily return. Great experience.

Exactly what we wanted. Easy self guided tour. Met to pick up tickets. They were very nice and then walked us to entrance with clear instructions of what to expect for the coliseum, palatine hill and forum. We didn’t use the audio guide for the coliseum.

Der Preis für das Ticket mag abschreckend sein, aber als ich die Schlange um 9:00 Uhr früh am Ticketschalter gesehen hab, war ich heilfroh, dass mich eine nette Dame bereits 10 min vor Termin ausführlich informiert hat und mich direkt zum Eingang führte. Innerhalb weniger Minuten stand ich bereits im Kolosseum. Beim Eingang zum Palatin mussten wir dann dennoch 15 Minuten anstehen. Alles in allem waren wir 3 Stunden unterwegs für diese Tour
