The transfer process from the airport to our Hotel and from the pier back to the airport was excellent. Our flight to San Francisco was delayed and the company kept track of the delays and were at the airport once we finally landed. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the drivers were excellent.

Due to a flight delay due to weather we did not arrive until the next day. We had contacted the company to advise them and they made arrangements to pick us up at SFO the next day on our re-scheduled flight. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the driver was very friendly and helpful. If you need a transfer in the SF Bay Area this is definitely the way to go.

Contacted us immediately after plane landed, and was loading our bags within five minutes. Was easy to speak to and enjoyed our conversation from airport to hotel, sharing info on popular spots. He offered to arrange pick up for us after our cruise, but we already had but said we’d love to have him come and he arranged with his office. We were so happy we also scheduled him to take us from hotel to cruise ship vs a cab. Exceeded our expectations, would recommend.

The ride in itself was good. What I can't understand is the lack of information in Viator's receipt. It's an airport shuttle but neither the site nor the receipt gives you a clue of how and where to meet the driver. Arriving at San Francisco airport, my cell phone wouldn't work - as often happens when your roaming. So I couldn't call the phone they provided. I had to find a public phone and then make the call. Everything went ok at the end, but I don't understand why they couldn't be more specific about the details, since you provide all the details about your flight. But worse of all: there is no way whatsoever to contact Viator. No phone, no e-mail, only a page in Facebook which is obviously not read.

Brilliant service, driver was very kind and knowledgeable about various cities in USA, he took an interest in our travel and asked if we had missed anything from this trip, we said just a picture outside Mrs Doubtfire house, he took us straight there, without our knowledge, did pictures for us then got us to airport in plenty of time. Unfortunately, we never got to use our transfer despite having paid for it. We had a query at immigration that we hadn't anticipated and had to wait 2 hours to get through. No phones are allowed in the immigration area so we couldn't contact the transfer company. Result was he had left when we got through to the arrivals area. Can't blame the driver as he had waited a while before leaving, in future I think we would just get a taxi instead of booking a transfer. The taxi costs less anyway.

Excellent service. The purchase provided a voucher for 'We pick you up'. Made contact with them in advance as directed, and once landed at SFO we contacted then using 'what's app' on airport free wifi, avoiding call charges for phone. The driver arrived within minutes and gave a very smooth drive into city , about 50 mins in busy traffic. Lovely large comfortable vehicle for six of us with lots of luggage. We re-booked for return to airport and driver was ready and waiting to suit our timings.
