Awful ride In back of noisy buss with no rear suspension. Also blaring mecican music was so distorted it was painful. Never again will I boom through Viator.

The cars were on good condition and the drivers were nice. They were on time when they picked us up to go to the airport. My only con is that we waited about 30 minutes to leave the airport when we arrived. That is the only reason that they didn't get 5 stars. I also wish I would have receive more information on what our driver was wearing to be more informed when he arrived.

Inefficient drop off sequence

We knew this was a shared drive and that was ok. Only detraction was that the trip was inefficient. Due to highway constraints on the corridor where you can’t make left turns without back tracking, it would be more efficient to go to Los Cabos first and drop off there and work back towards San Jose so that highway exit and entrance are all on the same side as the resorts.

The experience over all was great. It says round trip pick up but after we were drop off to hotel, there was no instruction for return back to the airport. I had to call several times to make sure the driver will come pick us up and the calls were not easy to be connected.

We planned ahead based on the reviews, but it was very disappointing. We were not on the list, even though we showed the paid voucher. Wait for the driver was long. The ride was awkward since the driver kept telling us that he doesn’t work for the company, he works on commission only, basically asking for a generous tip. Claimed that he is doing us a favor paying from his own pocket the toll fee - to save us time. But when we called Gray Line costumer service, we were told that they are indeed taking care of all the fees and all the drivers are employees of the company. I wish I didn’t buy the round trip in advance - we would have taken an Uber back to the airport.

We signed up for the Beach Resorts shuttle. Instead of going to the beach hotels, the shuttle went first to Los CABOS hotels. It took 45 minutes to go on a drive that should have been 20 minutes at most.

Only had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport for Los Cabos Shuttle bus to pick us up and take us to our hotel even though our plane had arrived 45 minutes later than scheduled. Good to not feel like you’d been stranded at the airport especially in a different country.

The shuttle trip took 2 1/2 hours and that should have been communicated with us in the beginning. We were told that the resort was only a half an hour away so we assumed that would be the total time of the trip to the resort. We can understand that it took longer but in the event that we knew that we could have made other plans.
